Karai was first an enemy of the tmnt but then she found out that her real father was Splinter not Shredder. Then an accident happen and Karai got mutated into a snake, then Shredder hip notice her and now she does what he wants which is to kill the turtles. Her real name is Hamato Miwa, but Shredder changed it to Oroku Karai.
Siblings: Her mother (dead), her dad (Splinter), and her brothers the 4 tmnt.
