[15]: Gotta Find It Out

Start from the beginning

On the positive side, thanks to Tristan that I can now punch straight at where I want to aim.

And on the negative side, all my thanks to Tristan, my fists will surely be swollen tomorrow.

Yes, thank you very much, Tristan Collins.

And let's not forget how tired I was. Oh, how could I forget that?

Damn, I'm getting disoriented. I'm losing air in my brain.

Just shut up, voice-in-Thea's-brain, my conscience said.

"Thea, that's enough." I heard Seth's voice behind me.

Quicker than a lightning bolt, I was down on the cold floor.

How on earth can Seth do all these things?

"You should have seen her punches, dude!" Tristan exclaimed.

"Uh-huh." Seth said, walking towards his bag.

Me, on the other hand, was feeling crystal clear. I let out every ugly feeling in me through my punches. I sorta feel some peace settling in.

I stood up, exhausted, and Seth threw me a small towel which I, thank God, managed to catch it.

"That's enough for now, boys." Arthur said.

Just after I dabbed my face dry with the handtowel Seth gave me, I looked at my shirt.

Damn. It was soaked with sweat.

"Hey Thea," I heard Jesse call behind me. "Heads up."

I turned around and a something soft hit my face.

But that wasn't what bothered me most.

It was about how it smelled.

Then, ever so slowly, it registered in my brain.

It.

Was.

Seth's.

Shirt.

OH MY GODDD.

I quickly ran into the bathroom and hurriedly changed.

I don't know why but I got a little bit hyper over the thought that I was about to wear Seth's shirt.

Seth's P.O.V.

She was tired.

Like really, really tired that she laid down in the backseat of her car almost immediately as she reached it.

I chuckled mentally.

"So, there's a fight tomorrow night. You up for it?" Jesse asked.

"Of course," I answered as I fished out Thea's car keys in my pocket.

"That's my man," Jesse said.

"Adios perras," Arthur called, getting in is own car.

"Yeah, see you tom Seth." Ivan said, starting to walk to his car.

I got in my car, or should I say, Thea's car, turned on the engine and drove our way to my house.

*****

I picked up Thea bridal style and went in the house.

Mom don't show up. Mom don't show up. Mom please DO NOT show up.

No one was in the living room.

I crept up the stairs quickly as possible as I can and I headed to Thea's room.
