Aphmaus POV
Later that night while me and laurance were  asleep I woke up sweating I then went to my bag to get my pills...I noticed I forgot my pills
--flash back 😜--
"Honey I'm going to go get some lunch Stay here with your dad" my mom said with a smile which filled me with warmth
"Ok mommy!" I said going up to her and hugging her right leg
"Be right back" she said closing the door
I then ran clumsily towards my dad who was outside
"Da-" I paused watching my dad drinking his 5th bud light (beer)
"GO to your room" he said throwing the glass bottle on the ground
I was young but I could tell he was drunk
He then got up from his trashy white plastic chair and slapped me

My cheek turned from tan to red
I felt the pain sting
But I just stood there
My body was frozen
"Go aphmau MOVE go to your room" I said in my head
But I just stood there frozen what was wrong with me?!
It felt like a bad dream
"Sorry I forgot my keys" my mom said walking in on my dad about to slap me
She quickly pulled me away from My drunk trash I called dad
The doctors say I was paralyzed but I was still awake
After that day my doctor prescribed medicine so I can sleep better
That medicine helps me forget all the bad things that my drunk father did to me

I NEED those pills!
Or else I can't sleep
Laurances POV
I woke up to aphmau digging through her purple backpack anxiously
"Aph are you ok" I said grabbing a hold of her hands before she put a hole through her backpack
Until I pulled my hands away calmly and placing them next to my sides
Aphmaus POV
"I forgot my sleeping pills at home" I said placing my palm on my sweaty forehead
"I know this might sound weird b-but c-can I s-s-sleep with y-you?" I said
"Of course aph" he said laying back in bed
I layed next to him in the twin bed
Laurance POV

While I was sleeping I felt a hand wrap around my waist tightly
I then turned around facing aphmau
Her eyes immediately opened
"I'm so sorry " aphmau said letting go of my waist
Until I pulled her closer to me making us embrace each other
The whole night her head rested on my chest and my head rested on top of her head
