Tatiana's POV

I enter the crappy place people call 'home', Home is a place where your family is, where you feel safe and feel loved. But sadly for me it's hell, As I enter the old squeaky door the smell of beer and cigarettes went inside my lungs in no time

"Why the fuck did you just arrived now???"The person I used to call 'Father' yells at me, He's already drunk and that's bad real bad

''I-I had to work o-overtime" I stutter afraid what he'll do to me, I work as a waitress to a well-known restaurant just by the city,Yet I'm still in High school a senior to be exact

"Go to your room you little bitch" He yells, as I pass by him he grabs me by my throat and squeezes it painfully as his other punches me right at my eye and soon Its getting hard to breathe, I can't fight back he'll kill me and he will find out Me and My aunt's secret

"When is your payroll gonna show up?" He asks as he threw me to the ground my back hit the cement wall and my head is too dizzy to answer

"I said when?!?!?!" He shouts punching me at the nose and kicked my ribs, there's this metallic taste in my mouth already

"Ne-Next Week"I say, holding my head as my ribs hurts and my head aching.

"Good"He mutters then walks up to his room, I don't actually give him all of the money only a little cause what he knows I just work at a crappy,rundown diner, I actually put all of my money in my savings I'll be 18 in a few months and soon I'll get out of this hell hole.

I limp my way to the basement aka my room, it consists of only a old worn out bed,a desk with a lamp, a wooden chair,an old laptop, a small bookshelf and a small closet. I open my secret safe hidden behind this walls and put my tips that I earned today, My saving consists of $500,000+ since my aunt gives me money every week she's filthy rich she wants to keep me but 'Father' took the custody of me and shit.

I lay down my old bed feeling the springs at my back I ignore it another of me and my aunt's secret is I do martial arts, I've been doing it since Mom.... Left which was when I was 4, I still remember the day that Mom and 'Father' fought about something then Mom just left us together with another guy and my brother... Yes I had an older brother:Tristian

I smile sadly about the old memories and drifted too sleep

I grumbled and tried to stand up, key word: TRIED , my ribs are painfully as fuck a groan escapes from my lips, I limp my way to my bathroom, cracked tiles, broken mirror,rusty faucet, old shower. I look at the mirror to see a girl with raven black hair, pale white skin, blue green eyes, a busted lip and a bruised,hideous face staring right back at me, fats everywhere I look like a pig , Well at least I inherited my Mom's flawless skin. I stepped in the shower and bit my lip to prevent my self from screaming as the ice cold water shoots at my skin.

As I got out I just wore a old baggy sweater,jeans and old chucks, my ribs covered in bandages and my black eyes covered in make up the only thing I can't hide is the busted lip

I grab my back pack and quietly went out of the house and I walk to school and as I got there the student body was already busy mingling and chatting as I walk down the halls lonely, I hear a voice my only friend

"Scar!!!!!" As I turn around and I was engulfed with a hug from my best friend Jacod Branders a Good looking jock at our school 6'2, Brown hair now White-ish Blonde since he dyed it,Blue eyes,tan skin and dimples he was famous here I don't know why he's even friends with me maybe out of pity, and when he hugged me tightly I whimpered from the pressure at my ribs

"He did it again didn't he?" Jacob growled causing a few students to look at us, letting me go careful

"Shush! And he m-may or may not"I whisper-shout, looking away, I don't want him to worry, I don't want to be a burden

"Scar! It's been 4 months and your ribs are still fractured and damaged we have to go to the doctor!" He says , flailing his arms then he continues to rant on, I smile a little at my friend then he stops when he caught me a light blush starts to appear

"Sca--"

"Jacob! Baby! I've been looking for you" A high pitch voice screams, We look and We see Sasha,Jacob's girlfriend

She went in the middle of us and elbowed me at my ribs and because of the impact I stumbled down causing Jacob push Sasha and catch me but it was too late,I felt pain at my ribs and I closed my eyes and bit my lip preventing a scream to shout

As Jacob carefully help me out I hear Sasha whisper 'Attention Whore' then when I was standing up everyone's eyes is on us

"Baby!!!! Let's leave that freak alone and do something we'll enjoy" Sasha said it seductively but ended up like a bat screeching

"Sasha! She's my best friend and I ----"

"It's alright Jacob, just go with her" I whisper,walking away I hear Jacob screaming my name as I leave and disappear to the crowd as the bell rings
