Hi! This is, as you will know, a Johnlock book. it kind of starts in the middle of the story, so it might be a bit confusing. Basically, it's set after 'The Reichenbach Fall', everything is roughly the same up until the end of S2; John is with Claire- a new character- and after making up with Sherlock he moved to live with her, it just starts at his new home, but he's lived there for 4 months, I hope that helped although it probably didn't!
