I glared at KiKi she must've known who it was she smiled and blew me a kiss.

I rolled my eyes at her playfully.

Dimples:Oh...hi

Ray:Sorry if I'm creeping you out

Dimples:Haha no I was just talking to KiKi

Ray:Oh so y'all talking about me?

Dimples:N-no

Ray chuckled threw the phone which literally sent shivers down my spine.

Ray:Well I gotta go but do you wanna come to the beach with me and the guys tomorrow you can bring KiKi

I heard Ray laugh.

KiKi:Well not technically because me and the guys are gonna be there but that's a sign that *sings* he wanna get with cha

We laughed and watched movies for the rest of the night.

After Issa took Dimples away I went upstairs to my room while the BBQ was still going on.

I can't believe that just happened.

Jacob:Come in

My mom came in and sat by me on the bed.

Mom:Jacob sit up

I sat up and looked at my mom.

Mom:So what was that all about?

Jacob:Nothing ma me and Dimples just had a small argument

She raised an eyebrow at me.

Mom:It sure didn't sound like a small argument . I'm pretty sure Chai heard you guys

I face palmed myself.

Jacob:I completely forgot about Chai . I hope she didn't hear us arguing

Mom:Now Jacob it seems like you've been forgetting ALOT lately. Now tell me what's up with you and Dimples friendship

I sighed.

Jacob:Nothing ma. She just got mad because I haven't been spending as much time with her

Mom:Aye now I see the problem. Jacob isn't Dimples the same reason why you got off the tour so early? So that you guys could be together more

Jacob:Yea but...mom we're Juniors in high school. We don't have to be around each other 24/7

Mom:I know I know don't remind me. My babies going to be a Senior next year but when was the last time you and Dimples "hung out" since you've been back?

Jacob:Um..we went to th- no wait that was Chai...I took her t- no I went with Issa...well when I think about it the last time we "hung out" was when I came back

My mom shook her head.

Mom:Jacob O'Neal Latimore you have always neglected that girl since you became famous I honestly don't know why she puts up with you

Jacob:I don't know either. I've hurt her too many times how can she take so much pain?

Mom:Jacob you clearly need glasses?

I looked at my mother confused.

Mom:Jacob if you haven't noticed Dimples have strong feelings for you

My eyes nearly popped out of my head.

She shook her head at me.

Mom:Why do you think she's sticked around so long? I'm pretty sure she would've left bye now with any ole' guy but she chooses to stick around you

I fell backwards on to my bed and covered my face.

Mom:Well I don't know Jake. Do you like her more than a friend?

Jacob:Yes. Ever since we were younger

Mom:Well if she hasn't fell for anyone else it might not be too late

I got up and hugged my mom.

Jacob:Thanks mom

I walked out of my room only I bump into...Chai.

She looked as if she was crying.

Oh god...I hope she didn't hear us talking.

Jacob:Chai..you heard us talking?

She nodded.

I hugged her tight.

Jacob:I'm so sorry. I didn't mean for you to hear

Chai pulled back.

Chai:It's ok Jacob. I understand

I smiled at her. She's just too nice.

Jacob:I didn't want you to hear it like this

She smiled.

Chai:It's ok Jacob. I was just coming to talk to you about it. I heard you and Dimples argument and I honestly didn't wanna end out friendship over a guy.

I kissed her cheek.

Jacob:Thanks for understanding

She smiled and kissed my cheek back.

I stared walking away.

Chai:Jacob wait!

I turned around.

She smiled again.

Chai:Go get her before someone else does

I smiled and ran out the house to go talk to Dimples.
