Dear Lara,
I don't actually remember you. It's strange. These letters that you left on my grave. They trigger things... Feelings.
Memories.
It's not completely clear tho. I get flashes all the time. Of you smiling in that café, or Steve when we were both younger.
I finally remember him. I also remember a lot of my missions.
And oh God, Lara. The things I've done. You would call me a monster. Would you still love me? I visited the Smithsonian a lot. They interviewed you for my segment. You sounded so sure that I was coming back.
You waited seventy years. You never got married, never had children.
I couldn't have been that important to you, could I have been?
I really wish I could ask you all these questions about me. You would know the answer. Well, I'm guessing that you would.
Strangely, I miss you. Even if I can't remember you. I hope you're happy up there.
