Prologue

Showing up to the base of the Scarlet Guard.

"Impressive. Now what, another Silver showing up?" Farley maliciously spats, sarcasm evident on her tone while she's pointing a gun that can end my life.

"Mare!" Shade screams, running to my side.

"B-brother?" Mare is shock, shock to the core. Seeing me and his brother put her in that position.

"She's the real Mareena Titanos. No one shoots!" He shouts, shaking his head at Mare.

"She was the one who helped me when I am going to be executed. I owe her my life." He added while offering his life for my sake.

"Shade." I give him a smile, appreciating what he is doing.

"You don't need to tell them that," I humbly say, "but thank you for that." I respect him really, he didn't change.

"Prince Tiberias the VII." I bow as a sign of respect."

He shake his head. "I'm not the crown prince anymore. No need for formalities Mareena." and he smiles in delight.

"As you wish, Tibe." I ended up with a chuckle, it's good seeing him back alive. "No need to kill me, I'm a person you can trust. Why? I can tell you informations inside the palace." Giving the wildcard, they lowered their guns.

"You could be a spy." Mare glared.

"How about using my name?" I spat back while looking at her, eye to eye.

Bulls eye. She can't look back, guilty as charge but she dare to talk back, "Truce. You can trust her, I owe you my brother's life and you too." I can the respect in her eyes.

"At the second week, I mean next week is the coronation day. I will be the next Queen, next to King Maven Calore." I announce to them.

Cal was astounded so they are.

"What's your intention if you will be the next Queen?" Farley asked me, still doubting. Well, I would be also if I were they.

"Because dearest Farley, one of the Scarlet Guard. Motto of your life is Rise, Red as Dawn while I my dear.." I answered and was interrupted.

"Straight to the point!" Mare spat.

"....is the Chosen One." I smirked at her.
