Chapter Two - Welcome to Brown Town

"Dani" Matt whispers while slowly tapping her shoulder "We're home, Dani"

Matt looks at Bam and shrugs not really knowing what to do. Bam motions to keep trying.

"Dani" Matt tries once more while Bam goes outside to put the crate in the skiff for their ride to land.

"Huh?" Dani lifts her head off of Matts shoulder and rubs her eyes. It takes her a while to remember where she is. "Was I laying on you?" She asks

"Ah" Matt chuckles, he hasn't had much experience with women before "Yeah" he smiles at her

"Oh!" Dani gasps as she grabs Matts bicep "Did I dribble on you?" She asks while pointing to a damp patch on his gray shirt.

Matt looks down to where she is pointing and smiles "Ah, I didn't want to say anything but yeah"

"Why didn't you wake me? She smiles while putting her face in her hands out of embarrassment

Matt laughs and smiles at Dani

"You ready?" Bam asks while sticking his head in to see the two laughing

"Yeah" Matt replies "Just one more thing" he says while turning to Dani "Here" he takes off his boots and passes them to her one by one "I know they're not fashion shoes or anything and probably smell pretty bad" he laughs "but you don't want to stand on anything once we get on land"

"What are you going to wear?" She asks

"I grew up in the bush, I've gone bare foot thousands of times" he smiles

"Thank you"

The three make their way into the skiff and to the shore. Bam is sitting at the back steering the boat while Dani and Matt talk at the front. Matt gives Dani his jacket to keep her dry and warm.

They pull up to the beach as Dani looks around for a house. Confused she asks where it is.

"Behind the trees" Bam says with one hand out helping her off the skiff.

Matt grabs Danis bag and walks her towards the tree line while Bam secures the boat.

"You're not going to murder me are you?" Dani asks Matt with a smile

"Well I won't but I can't say the same for Bam back there" Matt replies

"I can hear you you know" Bam shouts walking roughly 10 meters behind them

"What?" Matt stops and turns to wait for his brother "I meant you kill the ladies...with your good looks and what not" Matt smiles

"Sure you did" Bam mumbles while catching up to the two of them.

Dani laughs at the boys mucking around with each other.

Matt then let's out a loud howl which was soon joined by Bam. When they stop they both look at Dani. She just laughs not knowing what to say but before she could even try to get anything out she hears multiple howls coming from in the trees. She looks over and her face lights up.

"That is awesome" she states

As they're walking towards the trees a man comes running out to them howling. His fast and in a red jumper. He has confusion on his face when he reaches them

"Hey I just wanted to know if you needed any help" the man says

"No" Bam grunts holding the heavy crate "I got it thanks"
