Emma dropped Maire off at her apartment which was two floors down. She ran up to Mary's apartment. "Mary I-" Emma flung open the door to find her dad wiping away blood dripping from Snow's nose.
Luckily the two didn't hear because they were so preoccupied with each other ,so she hid the kitchen counter and watched as they looked lovingly into each other's eyes.
"I can't believe she did this to you." Dad said "Yeah well at least it's me and not Emma." She sighed "David we've been friends for a long time now and I think I can tell you this." Mary started "What?" He asked "I....I love Emma I want to protect her I want to adopt her." Mary confessed
Emma gasped. Mary and David turned to see her leaving. "Emma!" Mary called but it was to late she already left.

Emma slapped it away and stared at him. "Stare at me all you want babe I'll be here all week." He smirked and Emma ignored the comment "Wait so you know about the....fairy tale thing." Emma asked
"Yes and I'm probably the only person here beside your dear sweet mother who knows." He said circling the girl "So why are you here talking to me and how are you not effected?" Emma asked
"All if good time babe all in good time look I gotta jet but meet me at Granny's tomorrow. 6:00." He said with a smirk "What makes you think I'll come?" Emma asked folding her arms over her chest
"Well you do want this back don't you?" He asked dangling a rattle in front of her the only thing beside her baby blanket she had left of her mother.
