Chapter 1

"STOP"

I shouted as my dad nearly slapped me across the face, my sister had grabbed his wrist so I didn't get hit. I quickly got up and my sister shouted
"QUICK GET ME THAT BEER BOTTLE"
So I ran over to the kitchen counter and grabbed the empty beer bottle that my dad had left there. I ran back over to Tegan and gave her the bottle, she hit dad on the head and we ran up to our room. We quickly packed a little suitcase each, we both grabbed our phones, Chargers, makeup, perfume, a few pairs of shoes and clothes until our suitcase was full. We then carried them down the stairs and ran out to Tegan's car, we opened the boot and put our suitcases in. We jumped in the car and drove out of the drive way and out of the street before our mum got back from her work. When we were driving along the back road that takes you to the motor way me and my sister just talked.
Me"where are we going"
Tegan"you are going to the airport"
Me"why?"
Tegan"because you are getting a new family, one that will look after you"
Me"but what about you?"
Tegan"I'm going to live with my best friend for a while then we are going to get our own house and be roommates"
Me"we will still text each other and keep in contact won't we?"
Tegan"of corse, I will want to hear about your amazing new life with your amazing new family"
Me"okay"
After that we were silent the rest of the car ride to the airport. When we got to the airport my sister got out the car with me and got my suitcase out of the boot, when she put it on the path and gave me a big hug she pointed over to these 4 people and said
"That's who you are going to live with"
I just looked over and smiled.
Me"are you sure your going to be okay"
Tegan"of corse"
Me"okay, I guess this is goodbye for now then"
Tegan"yeah, I gets it is"
Me"bye then, I'll miss you and I love you"
Tegan"bye, I'll miss you too and I love you lots, text or phone me when you get to your new house and have settled"
Me"okay, bye"
Tegan"bye..."

As I walked over to the family that I was going to be living with I heard a car door slam and my sisters car drive off, I just kept walking until I reached the family of 4. As soon as I reached them I introduced myself.
Me"hello, my name is Layla"
Roman"hello Layla, my name is Roman, I am going to be your new dad! Just to let you know I make daily vlogs on YouTube"
Me"like Alfie deyes, you know pointlessblog"
Roman"yeah like Alfie, we were just in the uk to visit him and zoë"
Me"oh cool"
Brittney"hello Layla, I'm brittney and I'm going to be your new mom!"
Kane"hi, me Kane and I'm going to be your little brother"
Noah"hey, I'm Noah and I'm going to be your other little brother, only by a few months tho"
When we had all introduced ourselfs we walked into the airport and went to the right line we had to be in. When we got to the desk we weighed our suitcases and showed our passports, and got our plane tickets. Now we walked to security, I didn't have any hand luggage I just had my phone in my pocket of my jeans. So I walked through the little door like thing that scans you or whatever. It only bleeped for Britt and she got searched. After all that we had 5 minutes before we could board our plane, so we just went to a little shop and got a drink each and a sweet each. When we got out the shop we looked at the screen to see what gate we were to go to, we had to go to gate 6. While we walked to gate 6 Noah said to me
"I sit beside you, so maybe we can take that as a chance to get to know each other more"
Me"okay I guess"
When we got to the gate we waited in line until, it was our shot to show our tickets and board the plane. We walked along this weird corridor thing that took us to the plane, when we got on the plane we found our seats and sat down. I was at the window then Noah was beside me in the middle seat and Roman was on the other side of Noah.
