Let me tell you about the "Climax" of a book. This is when the tension that was building up in your story gets to the highest point.
This is usually towards the end of the book as afterwards there is not much to say.
The resolution. This has happened during climax, when the problem has been solved, and any loose ends have been tied up. However, is you intend to write a sequel to your story, then make sure to leave a few strings untied.
