Joes POV:
As I walked in after Zoe I saw the most gorgeous girl I had ever seen and she smiled and said "Hey handsome" I start to blush but am really good at covering it so I smile awkwardly and say "Hello"
I instantly love this girl as I feel shivers run through me.i had a girlfriend but dumped her last week because she does not make me feel the same as this girl already has. I have exchanged small talk with her but that's it as she isn't interested in me or that's what I thought ... I had learnt a bit about her but not much so every time she looked at me I looked down and I start blushing.
When I was on my way to the loo she came out of the kitchen with a pen and she grabbed my arm and wrote down her number on it . A huge smile formed on my face - she was the one for me .
It was gone 2 am and I headed upstairs . I text her as soon as I shut the door saying" hey wassup xx "When I woke up the next morning , I saw she had seen the text but hadn't replied. My heart sank.
Emma's POV:
Last night, I heard Joe shut his door and I instantly got a text from him saying "hey wassup xx." I thought he was a but eager but didn't think too much of it. I really couldn't be bothered to text back so I just put my phone on charge and fell asleep . When I woke up the next morning I went down to the kitchen and bumped into Joe and his six pack .HOLY S.HIT! He bluntly walked past me and didn't say a word so I pulled him up on it and said what is your problem with me this morning and his stupid reason is that I didn't return his text but saw it . A bit ridiculous . I thought this would be the perfect time to text my boyfriend James and let him know about Joe
(j - James ) ( e- Emma )
E - hey babe
J - hey baby what u been up to
E - hanging with this weird twit called Joe
J - whose he ?
E- Zoe's brother
J - ha ha he sounds like Mike from college
E- omg yes haha
J- any ways gtg bye b
I put my phone down by the fridge while I Pour myself a drink . Mike from college is a proper weirdo unlike Joe but I have to say he's weird to James otherwise he will say I am soft as James is very judgemental .
As I hear the door open I look and see Joe so I walk straight past him and leave.
Joes POV :
As I walk in she walks straight out I wish I hadn't been so harsh earlier she was probably just tired but when she called me a weird twit on the phone I was heartbroken because I now know I'm not even friends with her but then why did she give me her number ?? I saw her phone laying ther on the side and pick it up to read who she was talking to it says James with two hearts next to it so I guess that's her brother or something ....
When i heard footsteps I without thinking dropped her phone and it smashed into a thousand pieces at that the door swung open and her mouth dropped and she ran off crying .
