I could admit he was good looking. When I first looked at someone I noticed their smile. And he had cute smile, a smile that would make every girl fall for him. Let's not forget about his trained body. Me and my friends had drooled over them when we had first seen them. Now that we knew how they were, they didn't seem as great as in the beginning.

Pretty much everyone knew what Jack did to girls but girls still fell for him. I really didn't know why, because they knew what was going to happen after sex: he was going to ignore and sometimes even start rumors about the unlucky girls.

¨¨¨¨¨¨¨

"Hey!" Jack snapped his fingers in front of my face.

I snapped back to reality.

"Did you hear what I just said?" He asked, clearly pissed off.

"Sorry I wasn't paying attention" I muttered, really not interested in what he had to say.

"I said watch where you are going." He growled. His friends behind him were clearly interested in what was going on.

"My dearest apologies." I said sarcastically, I didn't deserve all that attitude he was giving me. I tried to leave the situation, but Jack blocked my way.

"You didn't really mean that, did you?"

"Wow you're a genius." I rolled my eyes.

"Nice, nice. I like girls with attitude and a good body." He said smirking and eyeing my body.

I gasped and stared at him with my mouth open. I was so close to slapping him.

"Not that you have a good body, just attitude" He corrected himself and his friends bursted out laughing.

Really funny, ha-ha.

"Yeah what ever. Did anyone even ask your opinion anyway?" I went around him and started walking towards my classroom.

I heard how Jack and his friends continued laughing but I decided to ignore them and enter my classroom.

I didn't even know what girls saw in that jerk.

.....

Thank god I was finally home, that was a long school day. I jumped to my bed and closed my eyes. Now I could finally sleep. I had almost fallen asleep during one of my classes, but fortunately I had kept myself awake.

"Emily! Come down here!"

"Okay mom I get it, you don't want me to sleep." I thought to myself.

I groaned and walked downstairs, where my mom and dad were sitting on the couch.

What was going on? Why did they look so serious? Had something happened?

They looked at each other, as trying to figure out which one was going to tell me their thing.

"Sooo.." My mom began. "We are going to Australia."

"Oh that's so cool! I've always wanted to go to Australia!" I clapped my hands together.

"Yeah, well it's a business trip and you.." My dad struggled with words, "Aren't allowed to come with us.."

"Oh come on, I could shop all day!" I tried to convince my parents. It wasn't the first time they had to fly to another country because of their job.

"Honey you have to stay here, I'm sorry.." My mom said, disappointment clear in her green eyes.

"How long are you going to be there?" I asked, thinking about two days.

"From two to three weeks." They said at the same time.

"Two fucking weeks?!" I asked in disbelief.

"Hey! Language!" My mother warned, and my dad just laughed next to her.

"Sorry but how am I supposed to live here? I don't want to live alone." I was annoyed. Why couldn't my parents have a normal job that didn't include them going away.

I was so scared of being alone. Every time I was alone and heard a noise, I was so close not to piss my pants.

"Well that's true. Maybe you could live in a flat with someone? I'm sure there's someone in your school that wants to be roommates with you!" My mom suggested.

"Yeah, I guess I could look from school's noticeboard if someone is in need of a roommate." I groaned. I would still much rather live at home.

"Okay good. We love you Emily." My mom gave me a small smile.

"I love you too." I smiled and walked back to my room.

Maybe living with someone random wouldn't be that bad after all...
