"Amna."
Kerut di dahi Suri bertindih-tindih. "Kenapa panggil aku nama tu?"
Dia sengih lebar. "Sejuk sikit rasa hati."
Suri merengus. "Mulut manis tak serik-serik."
"Tergoda ke?"
"Hish, muka macam hutan kena tinggal, nak tergoda apanya."
Dia tersedak dalam tawa. "Amna, kalau aku nak contact kau sekali-sekala boleh kan?"
Laju Suri menggeleng.
"Ala, boleh la."
"Nak buat apa?"
Dia menapak semula menghampiri kerusi Suri, tunduk merenung gadis itu terus di mata. "Saja. Mintak nasihat. Aku rasa aku ni sebenarnya dah demotivated. I need to be encouraged again. Dan aku rasa kau orang paling terer untuk motivate aku balik. Boleh?" Tenang, jujur dia tanya.
Diam.
"Amna?"
Diam.
"Hey, Amna?"
"Panggil aku Suri la."
"Tak mau."
"Degil."
"Amna, boleh kan?"
"Pergi jumpa Aishah la."
Dia sengih senget. "Kena halau lagi. Boleh tak ni?"
Diam semula.
"Okey. I take that as a yes. Thank you." Tangan kanan diangkat ke dahi in a mock salute pada Suri sebelum berpusing semula dan melangkah perlahan ke arah pengantin di sebelah sana.

~ The time has come. And i'm writing this while biting my lips.
In accordance to what i wrote in the last entry of this story, 'Ashraf & Suri's huggable version', this story, re-titled 'Assalamualaikum Amna' will be published, soon.

So soon that my publisher has asked for me to edit a few entries here, since the huggable version won't be so much different from what i wrote here.

I'm sorry, dear kind readers, that i have to cut a few entries short, and turn them into teasers, instead.

I hope the story has been read with your full heart, that even when i've edited them out, you can still remember the meaning behind it.
