How it all began...

Authors Note: Hey everyone, I'm so excited to be writing this for you guys and I hope you like it. Every once in a while i will add a note at the bottom in code. The key will be at the end and the notes may be random or have some background info for the story. Well, I've talked enough. Have fun reading!

I ran into my room so I could try to figure out what just happened to me. I was walking to work and out of no where three people tried to jump me. When they saw I just scooted to the left, they tried a different approach. I was then surrounded by men glaring down at me. "If you want money you're out of luck, I'm broke." I tried to keep my voice steady but, when you're surrounded by burly men you can get kind of disoriented. "All we want is the name of your employer and the files missing from our precinct." So, they're police... A wave of nausea washed over me and the men felt it too. Trying not to puke I ran back to my apartment building. As soon as I got in my apartment I locked everything I could. I checked underneath my bedside table where files on my boss where hidden. I caught a whiff of a noisome smell and everything went black. I tried to stay conscious but could only catch two words when the door slammed open... The Experiment.
