My name is Sakara. I'm not a regular lion. Me and my people the evolved version of the lions. After 2 thousand years, our ancestors adapted. Learning to stand on our back legs and also growing thumbs. Me and my people are all like this. We stand like human beings, but at heart, we're lions.

I feel like you're not getting this. I have lion ears, tail, paws, fur, long maroon manes, surge for meat and living in a pride. We have to hide from poachers, villagers and farmers. It's a hard life and I, for one, don't like it. Hiding, coward isn't what lions do. Coward isn't a word that describes lions. We attack! Knowing that it might be their only meal of the day.

We are not true lions. We don't behave like our ancestors out there, unable to speak. My father isn't a true leader, allowing our people to coware like that. Aren't we the king of the animal kingdom? I feel as if we are not. Just pheasants like all the other animals. Soon the Tiger Tribe will rule and we'll be second in command. We are not true lions. We are lions' cowards.
