If you have trouble reading vague and unclear stories I advise you exit this book, for it will not be something you will enjoy and don't complain to me about it later.
However for some specifications:
-the perspective is of a female (in either high school or college)
-whenever "you" is used it only refers to one person in the story
-whenever "they" is used its referring to society or of people she knows
-names do not matter
