This fan wants to take a picture with Harry, and just as he agrees she takes her phone out to take the picture, he does a piece sign to take the picture and she says something about wanting a silly picture not a piece sign and rolling her eyes at him. She's a really RUDE FAN for one!! don't roll your eyes at Harry Styles he never did anything wrong to you.
Harry kinda doesn't know what to say in the video, he's kinda like "oh..okay" and does later on what she says. Like i would have walked away from her and not taken a picture with her.
