Here is a brief intro on THE ART OF ROSIE!! This is probably going to be bad, but...MEH! So this is basically my oc....if you can't already tell :3 it was based off of an original, which is to never be seen on planet earth 0~0 (yeah sorry about the "chest area" I mean come on, she is a dragon, human...thing....after all XD) my oc isn't an Mlp but that doesn't matter :3
