Chapter One.

"Just Friends - Lovers who act as friends."

I sat on the couch, a familiar couch that I had been on far to many times. Justin's couch. The couch was one of the most nicest couch's I had ever laid my eyes on. Though, what I liked most about this couch was not because of the way it looked or the way it felt, it was because of the memories that we shared and there were a lot of them.

"Hey, babe." Justin's voice came from the entrance causing me to snap out of my thoughts and turn my focus towards him. He was dressed in a plain white shirt, his hair in it's normal styles and a familiar smirk that was always on his lips and that couldn't help but bring a smile to my face.

"Hey." I replied as he sat down next to me, wrapping his arm around my waist pulling me into the side of him, my head on his chest as I smiled in content. It was great being in his arms and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

"You ready to watch this movie?"

"Gosh, I don't know. Am I ready? This movie thing sounds kind of scary." I said sarcastically, causing him to chuckle and he turned the TV on
which automatically played the movie.

"I don't like it when you're sarcastic, baby girl."

-

The movie ended and we both shifted uncomfortably. I figured it was one of the what do I say situations which we rarely ever had, but it seemed to always happen at the end of romantic movies, something Justin hated and it was typical, really. He had always been that way, even when he was in relationships. He knew how to treat a girl, I knew he did but he wasn't the one to stay committed.

"I have to say that movie sucked." Justin said, chuckling slightly, breaking the silence that had soon turned comfortable as the credits ran down the tv screen. I rolled my eyes playfully at him as his fingers soon made their way up my top, caressing my hip softly.

I chose the movie since I do like romance, Justin, however was a fan of anything else. It was probably because of his past relationships which he found out, they were a complete waste of his time. But that was Justin, and he was my best friend, regardless.

"It was romantic, Justin. Something you wouldn't know about." I replied with a smile forming on my lips as he returned as he scoffed. "You know, when two people fall in love."

"Romance is stupid. People get hurt in the end, anyway. I've hurt a lot of girls in my past relationships and they all end up hating me." He said, mumbling slightly as he ran his fingers through my long brown hair, his honey-comb eyes meeting mine.

"Yeah, yeah, I know."

"Which reminds me." He said smirking completely forgetting the previous subject. "You're looking really beautiful and I want to kiss you so bad." He continued, his voice trailing off as he leaned over.

He pushed me back gently as his hands held my hips, and he crawled towards me. His lips were inches away from mine and I felt my cheeks go hot and my stomach was raging with butterflies but I ignored them, they didn't mean anything. My eyes fluttered down to his lips. One of his large hands cupped my face and he pressed his soft lips against mine.

Our kiss was slow and gentle, as his tongue ran along my bottom lip. He was hovering above, and started kissing and licking my neck while my arms were wrapped around his neck, running through his hair every now and then while he let out a quiet moan.

He returned his lips back to mine - My stomach did a dozen of flips as Justin's tongue moved with mine.

His hand then moved to my thigh, as he ran his fingers along it, making my heart beat faster. I tilted my head to the side as he his hand ran up my shirt and his lips attached to my neck, once again.
