Life never stopped, I guess that was a side effect of being an Avenger. There was always something to crop up, something to ruin your good day.
None of us could have ever saw this coming. Nobody could have ever predicted what was to happen. I guess that's what happened when your life was busy: The threats you should've feared most hid right in front of your face, and you never even knew it.
