Kayz's POV
I wake up and stretch I look at Charlie rubbing his belly I stand up brushing my hair and putting it in a tight bun I walk to my wardrobe and put on black pants,white shirt,black blazer and black flats. I walk downstairs making some toast and eating it I grab my keys and walk outside I pat Charlie "its okay boy i'll be home later" I state getting in my car and driving to school I park outside and walk in I see everyone on the lawn they look at me I walk to the music classroom I hear engines and turn around they drive on the lawn "get off the lawn!"I shout at them they look at me and laugh I walk over grabbing Lugnuts ear "are you laughing at me?" I ask "uh no mam" he states "good" I say turning and walking to music. I open the door "hey Mr G" I state setting down my bag "ah Kayz nice of you to come well i'm running late good luck" he states grabbing his case and walking to the door "what for?" I ask "Miss Honey didn't tell you?" her asks I shake my head "your my substitute i'm going on break theres a folder in the draw for the lessons you have a meeting in ten" he states "thank you and have a nice trip" I say I sit down setting my bag under the table I see the keys on the table I grab them walking out and locking the door. I walk towards the office everyone looks at me I continue walking I open the door to the meeting room and walk in. "Ah Kayz just in time" Miss Honey states I sit down "now everyone Kayz is going to be stepping in for Mr G while he's away so please help her" she states they nod I smile now over to the notices.
TIME SKIP END OF MEETING
I walk out with coach "well Kayz I wish you luck" she says I smile waving as she walks away I head to the music room I see everyone in a circle I walk through "move it" I say everyone moves I see Butchy and some guy fighting I whistle getting there attention "detention both of you you know the rules no fighting" I snap "what authority do you have?" the guy asks standing up "i'm substituting for Mr G so i'm teaching that's my authority" I state everyone stares shocked. "Now get to class all of you" I snap walking to music I unlock the door and opening it and walking in I open the draw and see the schedule and shrug "I know this stuff but how am I going to teach?" I ask myself I write Miss Shannon on the board and sit down on the chair setting down the folder.
The door opens and everyone walks in sitting down I smile "alright class lets start the lesson" I state.
TIME SKIP LUNCH
I walk out of class locking the door I walk into the teachers room sitting down sighing "hows it coming along?" Miss Honey asks "tougher than I thought" I state "you can go to the cafeteria for lunch" she states I smile getting up "thanks" I state walking out walking into the cafeteria I walk over to the kitchen and walk in "hey Gladece" I say "ah Kayz Miss Honey said you would be here there's food in the oven for you" she states "thanks" I state grabbing a tray and setting the food on it and grabbing a soda I walk out "thanks again Gladece" I say turning around I come face to face with Butchy I scoff avoiding his gaze I walk around him "Kayz.." he starts "Miss Shannon to you" I snap at him walking off to an empty table I sit down everyone staring at me whispering I start eating Butchy sits down "look Miss Shannon i'm really sorry I thought you wouldn't mind and I didn't even know about your moms stuff" he said "sure keep telling yourself that" I say patting his shoulder getting up and taking the tray over to the kitchen I walk in sitting down I finish off my meal and walk out everyone stops talking and looks at me I shake my head "you know its rude to stare" I state everyone looks away.
TIME SKIP AFTER SCHOOL
I walk out of class with my bag and lock the door I see Miss Honey "Kayz how was today?" she asks "exhausting" I state "well it'll get easier" she states I smile she walks away I put my bag over my shoulder I walk out to the lawn everyone's standing there looking at me I walk down a path they made I see the bikers standing there ground I stand in front of Butchy I look at Lela I give her a hug "i'm okay" I say she nods I turn to face Butchy I glare at him "aren't you suppose to be in detention?" I ask he huffs walking off to the library I turn back to face the bikers I see Lugnut with his arms crossed I stare him down he moves the bikers make a path I walk towards my car and get in I drive home.
I park outside and walk upstairs Charlie following me I change into a leather jacket,red shorts,black lace shirt and black lace heels I let my hair out brushing it I put it in a ponytail and put on red lipstick and eyeliner "its nice to be in my clothes" I say walking downstairs opening the door Charlie runs out I lock the door and walk over to my car I open the door Charlie jumps in I sit down and drive to big mamas.
I park outside and open the door Charlie jumps out and sits down waiting for me I get out shutting the door and walking to the door Charlie runs in I walk inside everyone turns to me "you can call me Kayz now" I state walking over to the counter ordering "a cola and a cheeseburger also a hamburger" I state they nod walking back and a few minutes later coming out I grab the tray "thanks" I say walking over to Lela and sitting down "hey Kayz" she says I take the hamburger and give it to Charlie I take a bite of my burger "how was teaching?" she asks "you don't want to know" I state biting the lid off my soda and spitting it in the bin and taking a sip I hear an engine outside I give Lela a hug and stand up picking up my food and soda I walk over to an empty table and sit down Butchy walks in with a bruise on his eye I try not to look he spots me and walks over I look at him he sits down I get up and pick up my stuff walking over to a booth and sitting down he looks at me hurt Charlie jumps up next to me and lays his head on my lap I pet him and eat my burger I finish my soda Charlie get up and walks over to Lela I take my stuff over to the counter and smile I walk over to Charlie I hear engines I look at the bikers all of them are here "Lela keep an eye on Charlie" I say she nods I look at Butchy he looks at the door I stand the bikers stand around me i'm in the middle the doors open we see Monster on one end and Hawk on the other end I quietly groan "where is she?" Monster asks "I have a bone to pick with her" Hawk states.
"She's not back yet" Butchy states "oh yeah then why's her car here?" he asks "alright no harm comes to her" Monster states "no harm oh i'm going to do worse" Hawk states cracking his knuckles "I need her in one piece" Monster states Hawk laughs my anger bubbles "oh there no way she'll leave in one piece" he states i'm shaking in anger now the bikers move away a bit "shes mine so hands off"Monster states the bikers move away completely I turn to face Monster "I belong to NO ONE!!" I yell he smirks at me "yeah well no one will see you when i'm finished" Hawk states walking towards me I groan doing a roundhouse kick to his face he falls to the floor "and I just got these heels" I state huffing and walking over to Monster "boy that felt good" I say shaking my hands "now lets get this clear Monster I will never never ever join your gang" I state "why not?" he asks "I told you before and this is the last time i'll tell you I will never join a gang full of self centered sexist pigs" I state calmly he glares at me "you'll regret this" he states "highly doubt that" I say he turns and walks out I turn around seeing Hawk standing up holding his nose "my beautiful face" he groans "oh honey it wasn't anywhere near beautiful" I state turning him around and pushing him out the door his gang walks out behind him I turn around and someone tackles me from behind I fall to the ground blacking out.
I wake up on the ground I sit up to see everyone staring at me I hold my hand to my head "ouch" I say pulling my hand away I put it back on covering it from sight I stand up and walk to the bathroom I look in the mirror and see a bump on my forehead I wet a paper towel and hold it to my head I wipe it chucking the paper towel in the bin I walk back everyone's still staring at me "what?" I ask "are you okay?" Giggles asks "yeah i'm fine just a bump to the head" I state walking outside I see Butchy punching Hawk "man you really need to calm down" I say walking over to my car Charlie following me I open the door he jumps in I sit down "Kayz your alright" Butchy state running over and hugging me "yeah and could you not hug me" I snap turning on the engine and driving home I park outside and unlock the door I walk upstairs changing and going to sleep.
