~The city~
I had parents. Probably before my dad was caught in a car accident two years ago. Alot had changed. Ung mom ko madaling naka move on sa nangyari. May boyfriend na siya ngaun which is a bit younger than her. I'm the only child. Senior na ako nxt school year. My Mom decided that i should move sa aunt ko na taga Pampanga in the phillipines. She's a single mom with Carter my cousin he's the same age as i am, we've met before he's been going to California if he wanted to. My aunt is a pretty famous News Anchor. My flight from Los Angeles California to Clark, somewhere in olongapo philippines was so very exhausting. Atlast i'm here which gonna suck ive been here several times but still it suck in here. I'm gonna meet my relatives again its a tradition here to meet all of the relatives. Culture shock coz i've heard alot of weird stuffs about phillipines. I brought all of my stuffs with me. Literally lhat. Pero ang buhat ko lng ngaun ung maleta ko na ang laman ay d damit kung hindi ung mga possessions ko. Mga importante tlga sakin like books. Journals. Tiny jars that contains the sand every beach ive been with my friends.albums ng mga favorite artists And alot of other stuffs. Sa backpack ko nmn. Camera. Polaroid. A bunch of films. My phone. My wallet. Make up kit. And gum. Ung mga iba kng gamit itll probably last a day hanggang sa maideliver sa bahay ng aunt ko.
Naghintay ako sa may tapat ng departure dahil i dnt know where the hell to go. Walang nag assist sakin.
Nakasuot sakin ang headphones ko at nakikinig ng kantang The City ng The 1975 nung may lumapit sakin. Si aunt jane. Dali kng inalis sa akin ang headphones.
"Scarlett!" Yup thats my name. The name is Scarlett Niķolina Vergará Salazar . My mom is filipino. My dad is spanish-american. Everybody said that i have this Latina vibe going on ...hahaha... i kinda like it tho.
I smiled. Thats new. "Aunt jane." She helped me with my luggage.
As i hopped in her suv i was shocked when i saw a huge dog backseat.
"Oh sorry scarlett. D k nasabi sayo ns kasama si Napoleon." Wow Napoleon Bonaparte.
"Dnt worry Hes a good dog."she added.
"Where's Carter?"i asked
"He's at Bataan with his father."
"Oh."
Aunt jane and her husband was annuled when Carter was still little. Coz my aunt is very young. She's like 20 or something at that time she got Carter. She's in her mid 30s now.
Angeles Pampanga is my mom's home town. I dnt remember much about this place coz it is simply boring.
