His Gift

••Summer's POV••

"You helped make the cake?" I asked Sam
"The things I do for you." He mumbled. I giggled and kissed his cheek making him smile
"Now it's time to cut the cake birthday girl." Alex said to me
"I swear if someone pushes my face in it." I warned pointing at her and Sam
"We won't." They assured I nodded and waked towards where everyone was standing around the table

"Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you!" They all sang. I smiled and looked at my mom as she lit the candles
"Happy Birthday dear Summer! Happy Birthday to you!" They all sang
"Wait not yet." Alex spoke up and looked at Daniel he nodded
"Happy Birthday to you! You belong in a zoo! You look like a monkey and you smell like one too!" They sang. I chuckled and rolled my eyes before flipping them off when mom wasn't looking

"Make a wish." My mom said I nodded before blowing them out
"I love you." Sam whispered as he wrapped his arms around my waist
"So so so much." He added kissing my cheek. I blushed and hid my face in my hands making him chuckle
"Babe." He laughed making me face him
"I have to cut the cake." I said biting my lip
"You can kiss me first though right?" He asked with a pout

"Ok fine." I gave in before cupping his cheeks and kissing lips. He smiled and caressed my cheek and he kissed back

••Alex's POV••

"Alex." Jack warned I smirked and grabbed some frosting in my hands before walking up to the love birds
"Ewww!" I yelled before rubbing frosting on both their faces. They pulled away and playfully glared at me
"Hi." I grinned as I felt two arms wrap around my waist
"I'm just gonna take her before you guys kill her." Jack chuckled. He grabbed my hands and pulled me to the front porch

"Jack we haven't ate cake." I whined as he sat down on a chair and sat me on his lap
"For a while?" He pouted and slipped his hand under my shirt and rested it on my stomach
"You're cold." I giggled. He chuckled and playfully rolled his eyes
"I love you." He said looking into my eyes. I smiled and played with the strings of his hoodie
"I love you too." I nodded and looked at him

"Last night." He mumbled I nodded
"We almost leave and I-I'm afraid we won't be together anymore." He frowned
"I love you too much." He mumbled
"We won't ok?" I said caressing his cheek
"I love you too, we'll be alright." I nodded and pecked his lips
"I don't want to loose you." He mumbled kissing me softly. My heart broke as I felt his tears on my cheek

He's really afraid to loose me

"Jack you won't loose me." I assured pulling away
"I just feel like I'll fuck this up." He frowned and looked down
"No matter what, I'll never stop loving you." I said cupping his cheeks
"What if I do something stupid? I don't want you to hate me." He cried
"Jack understand." I said sternly
"I fucking love you, you were my first love." I smiled
"And I'll always love you." I said kissing him passionately

"If one day we do separate I know we'll find a way to cross paths again, ok?" I asked pulling away
"Ok....ok." He nodded before kissing me again
"Ohh did I ruin a moment?" Summer asked walking out
"Kinda yea." I nodded as we pulled away she looked at Jack and frowned
"What's wrong?" She asked him
"Hmm?" He gripped onto my hips before shaking his head

"Oh no I'm fine, I'm perfect." He said kissing my cheek. I smiled and looked down
"Let's go eat cake." She grinned before walking back in
"Honestly I just want to be here with you." Jack whispered in my ear
"Me too." I whispered and smiled at him
"Do you think your mom would let you sleep over tonight?" He asked tucking a strand of my hair behind my ear
