The door was opened by the old woman, "you need something, ma'am?"
She shook her head, the woman turned around to walk out,"Lauren?"

"Yes, ma'am."

She smiled a little, "A leaf felt down on the frame of the window..."

The old woman had got it. "Sure." She smiled heading to the window, opened it and took the leaf carefully and brought it to her.

Young woman took that leaf, it scared her a little, the thought of hurting the leaf; even though the leaf was not alive since it broke off the tree.
"Thanks." She whispered gently

"It's okay." The woman nodded softly before walking out.

Young woman pulled her shirt up a little and put the leaf on her swollen stomach. One of the babies inside kicked -maybe both of them- and she chuckled, her eyes were tearing up slowly.
