~ Makoto's Point of View
I stared at Haru in disbelief. "Haru..." My voice wavered, "Why?" He looked down at the ground, and it became apparent that he wasn't going to respond. I knew I couldn't be angry at him, he was my best friend and arguing would never get us anywhere. "You just..." I trailed off, and grabbed one of Haru's jackets from a small peg on the back of the door before continuing, "I'm gonna go find her. Don't wait up on me." I slipped the jacket on and left through the front door.
~ Reader's Point of View
You watched as Makoto hurried down the stone steps, calling your name as though you were a missing cat. By that point, you'd already loaded up google maps to direct you to the train station, slipping out from your hiding place and beginning to follow the directions instructed on the map.

The time on your watch read 10:05pm, a little over 6 hours since you left Haru's house. It was pitch black, and you had no means to see as your phone had long ago run out of charge. Your soaking hair fell limply about your shoulders as the rain persisted as it had done for the past 2 hours. You had no idea where the train station was, and even if you found it the last train would have already set off. All you wanted now was shelter.
A crash of thunder sounded from the distance, which earned a groan from you, as you finally gave up on trudging through the puddles and sank down against a wall on the concrete ground. Your whole body ached, and before you knew it the fatigue of constant walking tugged at your eyelids and eventually dragged them shut.

"[y/n]..." A voice echoed through your head. "[y/n]... Please wake up."
Your eyes burst open to light, while the crackling of fire filled your ears. Your throat felt tight and hoarse as you attempted to speak, "Uh... W-Where..?" You heard a voice yelling from beside you, "Makoto! She's awake!" the voice then redirected itself to you, as footsteps hurried in from another room. You propped yourself up on your elbows and squinted to look around, it quickly becoming evident that you were back in Haru's house.
The blue haired boy, Rei, knelt beside you with a mug in his hands, offering out to you. You had to manoeuvre your hands out from underneath a blanket to take it from him. "Th-thanks." You said, your voice croaky. He nodded and smiled at you, and without even asking what the substance inside the mug was, you gulped it down.
Within the minute, Makoto was also by your side, equipped with two more blankets and a load of pillows. He set them out on the carpeted floor to form a makeshift bed next to the one in which you were lying, and was about lay down in it until Haru's voice sounded from the doorway. "Makoto," He said, his voice as blank as ever, "You stay in my bed. I'll look after [y/n] down here." Makoto frowned, a little taken aback due to how opposed Haru initially was to your company, but shrugged all the same, "Okay then." He nodded at Rei and gestured for him to follow as he walked out of the room and Haru settled down in the bed beside you.
For a little while things were silent, you being just as confused as Makoto was at Haru's sudden change of heart. After a few minutes, you rolled onto your side to face him. "Haruka?" You asked. He made a slight grunting sound to indicate he was awake. "Do you know me?" You paused, rephrasing, "I mean, aside from the current circumstances. Did you know me before I came here?" Haru nodded, though once again said nothing.
You sighed, persisting with your questions, "Then why is it that I don't remember you?" Your voice was now not only hoarse but also a little sad. Haru shrugged, finally speaking, "I don't know." You'd spent the hours waking to the train station thinking, but still had no recollection of how you knew him. Unusually, Haru continued, "I'm no one important." His voice lowered slightly, "Go to sleep."
