You can do it ALONE, you should and you WILL, because in real life no one cares enough to help you for real.
Or maybe you don't really want their help.
You are AFRAID to open yourself with them.
You think they can't understand, they won't, and maybe you're right, maybe not, who knows.
There is one who understands.
But she has enough problems on her own yet. Don't weigh her with yours.
Your problems are YOUR DEAL, no one else's.
No one cares. Do you care?
Yes? Well then. Act.
Do something. Don't passively suffer everything that happens.
You're suffering now, phisically, and okay. It's natural. Endure and stay strong; this is temporary. Plus you're used to period's ache.
What you will probably NEVER get used to is this psychological pain.
It's okay.
You're always ready to say "when your negative thoughts hit you, send them away! Think positive!" so well, do it.
You always knew this wouldn't be easy. This is never easy.
Today is less easy than normal.
Why?
the answer doesn't matter.
It's more difficult? Be stronger.
What's the problem?
Just do it, *****, because this is YOUR problem, what you're fighting for is YOUR happiness.
No one else can win it for you.
So stop. Stop complaining, stop thinking negative.
I know you don't know what to do. I perfectly know how confused you are.
It doesn't matter now.
You'll find out sooner or later.
For now just live, not letting one single person - nor more - influence your mood like this.
You're beautiful. Remember.
You can get better if you want.
Stop crying - inside - and just live your life. Change your life if you don't like it, or make yourself like it.
I don't want you to feel like this, so don't. It's pointless.
Be positive, and be happy.

Okay I think I'm crazy. I wrote this today on class for encouraging myself, I had a pretty bad moment.
