9.) advice for people going through depression and self harm. (Asked by Magcon-boys-are-life ) this is super important for me because after battling depression for so long I have finally managed to make it better, and am able to celebrate at year of being clean. Your body is your home, a home which you are blessed to have, so hurting it would be horrible. Your strength beats the battle depression holds, and you need to believe that. The mental illness of depression takes over almost all thought process and the only way it'll get better is either talking to a friend, or parent, and if you've already tried that go to therapy. I have to admit, the thought of it scared me shit less at first but after a few sessions I felt as if someone understood me. Never hurt yourself beautiful, I know you all can get through anything.
