The elemental queen

Beginning

Esmeralda pov

He was coming i could feel it... He was after my baby.

"Queen Esmeralda hurry quick!!" my warrior and brother-in-law Dan said.
As he said that my sweet baby amethyst woke up.

" Dan what is going on?!"
" He has come... King of the shadowhill"

I used my earth powers to build a barrier around amethyst.

As i did that i heard battle crys. I went on the balcony and all i saw was blood. The sickening smell of blood made me mad.

"Dan, promise me to protect her and make sure she is safe no matter what" i said

"i promise" he said while taking my baby.

I smiled slightly and said "verywell, take her to earth the king of shadowhill won't know she is there cause i put a barrier around the place where she should live her life"

"i will take care of the princess, go take care of the people" he smiled and he pulled out his wings and flew down to earth.

"Esmeralda!!!" i whipped my head to the the cry and saw my huband covered in blood with a knife threw his heart.
Tears flooded my eyes as i felt so broken.

"i-i love you always m-my love" his eyes closed slowly

Anger flushed through me as i felt the tree roots grow on my hands.

"you will pay you little bitch!" i said as i tried to capture him with the vines but instead he captured me .

"tsk tsk tsk i will let you go if you tell me where the child is!" he had an evil smirk but i couldn't let him get my daughter.

"never!" i said
"very well then" he smirked once again.
"kill her" as he said that a knife hit me in the heart that was already broken.
"i will find her and get her powers no matter how much you protect her" he said as i saw the shining light ahead of me...

Ancestors please protect my daughter and give her luck.
