Blue Eyes
Lines taken from the short story Aero Bars by Robert Hilles
I was taken by those blue eyes.
He laughed
And
Something in me was set free.
He was
The sun shining on a Saturday morning
Understanding
I was afraid even as I grew older
Believing with all his life that
I
Could save him
If nothing else.
But
I turned away.
I built up an amazing fabric of lies.
I was afraid.
Goodbye.
He didn't say much.
I am reminded
It was me that didn't say
I love you.
CZYTASZ
heaven forbid they see you cry
Poezjaa collection of mediocre poetry written by an unmotivated teenage dreamer.
