Geek and Popular part 1

Wow guess who just looked at you, Lilly told Zoe (the geeks). Who? Zoe asked excitingly. Zoe looked over her shoulder and looked around. Her eyes stopped on Clay her crush she has liked since preschool. He started walking to her, she turned around to Lilly she smiled and walked off. Hey, Zoe right? Clay asked confusingly. Yep, she said in a daze. Well your my new math tutor during study hall, Clay whispered quietly near her face. Then Zoe remembered she signed up for extra credit. Yes sorry I forgot, Zoe explained. The bell rang and Clay smiled and walked to class.
Zoe watched him in a daze then the tardy bell rang and she quickly ran to class. Later that day she quickly ran to her locker and grabbed a little lip stick and put it in her bag. She put it on and went to the library she stayed there waiting all during study hall. She thought she heard someone laughing so she turned around to see the whole football team laughing at her through the window. Clay wasn't laughing he was just watching her with regretful eyes.
She felt as she was going to cry so she grabbed everything and left quickly. Clay ran after her but Zoe ran to the girls bathroom. Luckily she had books so she read the rest of study hall. The next day Zoe tried to avoid Clay and the rest of the football team. Clay caught up with her at lunch he tried to explain that it wasn't his idea to trick her. Zoe stared at him in the eyes in a daze, then she heard Lilly's voice saying hey Zoe are you ok?
Oh Zoe quickly awoke from a daze, I'm fine, Zoe stated in a startled. Clay turned around and walked away without looking back. Zoe you need to stop dazing all the time its kind of creepy, Lilly whispered. I don't mean to it just happens, Zoe said making sure no one was listening. Did you hear the part that during study hall he is going to meet you in the library?, Lilly asked. Of course I did..... not, Zoe said quietly. Zoe turned her head and looked at Clay. Do you think he will ever see me more than a geek?, Zoe asked. I bet he already does, Lilly explained excitingly.
During study hall Zoe decided to go to the library after Clay was there. She walked pass the library at least three times before she saw him walk in. Quickly she grabbed her lip gloss from her bag and put it on and went inside. Zoe went to the very back since she wanted Clay to think she was there the whole time. In her bag she grabbed her text book and sat down at a little table in the back with only two chairs so they'll be alone. Someone walked up behind her and softly grabbed her shoulder, yet Zoe turned around in fright as for she wasn't expecting someone from behind.
It was Lilly, I don't have a lot of time let me check your makeup, Lilly whispered. Lilly touched up her hair and makeup and said good luck and gave her a hug and left. Clay was walking up right after Lilly ran out of the door and said I was starting to think you weren't coming. Why would I not come, Zoe asked suspiciously. I thought you actually thought I would trick you, Clay explained with excitement. They both did more talking then studying the rest of study hall.
At the end of the school day when she went to her locker there was a note from Clay. The note read Hey do you have time to study more after school next week? She circled yes and went to put it in his locker, but when she got there she saw Lilly talking to Clay she could tell that Clay was confused. Lilly walked off in her direction and she hide. Lilly saw her and asked what she was doing, What did you tell him. Then they walked of together, So I told him that if he was involved with that trick he will be sorry, Lilly explained. Lilly sneaked past Clay and put the note in his locker for Zoe.
Zoe watched as Clay walked stopped and started talking to Rose the most popular girl in school with beautiful long dirty blond hair. She twirled her hair and smiled a Mona Lisa smile at Clay Zoe new she was flirting with him. She had to her her what Rose was saying and if Clay was flirting with back. Then she heard a voice behind her it was Lilly asking what are you doing? Then Lilly said before Zoe could answer what is he doing he gave you a letter and is flirting with her? Lilly was so confused she whisperer yelled then Rose and Clay looked at them and asked "are you spying on us?"
No what are you talking about, Lilly and Zoe said in unison. They both turned around without another word and walked away. Once Clay and Rose turned around Zoe and Lilly started running and giggling down the hall.
