Mitchs pov:
As I'm walking to school with my two best friends, Scott hoying and Kristie maldonado I hear a cry come from the alleyway. Hey guys did you hear that I ask. Yeah they both say. Let go check it out. And they both nod in agreement. As we walk down the alley we see a box. I walk up to it and open it up to see something I didn't expect. There was a little baby girl inside. She had pure white wings. She was amazing. There was a note inside the box with her.

If you are reading this you have found my baby. I can't keep her and if I could I could never give her the life she deserves. I'm hoping that the person who finds her will give her the life she deserves and care for her. Please take care of her she needs a home where someone will love and care about her. She was born on December 18th 2002. Please don't try and find me just give her a good childhood.

Mitch what are we gonna do Scott asked. Well I'm not going to school knowing that this baby girl is in this alleyway alone I said. Wait Scott what's the date I ask. December 31 2002 why he asked. That means that she's only 2 weeks old I said. Guys lets take her back to my house I said. I pick her up looking down at her. I will take care of you and love you for as long as I live I whisper so that Scott and Kristie don't hear.

We go inside. Hey Mitch what are you doing home my mom asks. Wait Mitch why do you have a baby she asks a bit worried. Mom before you say anything can I explain I beg. Explain she says. Me , Scott , and Kristie were walking to school when we heard something crying in the alleyway so we decided to check it out and we found the baby in a box along with a note please mom don't make me get rid of her I say. Mitch your 13 how can take care of a baby she asked. I don't know but I will I say. Mitch do you even know how old she is she asks. Shes 2 weeks old I say. Mitch she's 2 weeks old she's still breastfeeding she says. Excuse me mrs.grassi I could get lactation pills to breastfeed her Kristie says. Mrs.grassi this means so much to Mitch please let him keep her Scott says. If I let you keep her you have to take care of her Mitch my mom says. I promise I will take care of her I say. What about when your at school huh she asks. I could ask my parents Scott says. Okay then you can keep her she says. What's her name they all ask. Her name is Starla Angel Grassi I say. Why my mom asks. I think it's beautiful I say. Okay we need to take her to the hospital to get her checked my mom says grabbing her keys.

Hello can we get this baby checked my mom asked. Yes just sign these papers and your good the receptionist said. After my mom finished signing the papers we waited for our name to be called. Grassi I heard the nurse call. Mitch do you want to go in by your self my mom asked. Can you , Scott , and Kristie come I asked. Of course we can she said. We got up and followed the nurse to a room. She checked starlas weight , height , heart beat , blood pressure , and temperature. Okay wait here the doctor should be here shortly the nurse said. A little while later the doctor came in. Hello I'm Jamie and I'll be your doctor she said. Hello Jamie I'm Nell my mom says. Hi I'm Mitch her son I say. And I'm Scott and this is Kristie his best friends Scott says. Who is this little angel the doctor asks. This is starla angel grassi I say. Okay let's begin the doctor says. The doctor checks starlas eyes , ears , mouth , nose , and heart beat. Okay seems like everything is fine the doctor says. Doctor can I talk to you outside please my mom asks. Sure the doctor says. They walk outside. A little while later the come back. Hey Mitch your mom tells me that you found starla in an alleyway this morning and want to adopt her is that true the doctor asks. Yes I say. Do you think you can take care of her the doctor asks. Yes I say. Would you like me to check when her birthday is she asks me. Yes please I say. A little while later. She's 2 weeks old born on December 18 the doctor says. Which means she has to be breastfeed so who's going to do that the doctor asked. Well I was gonna get some lactation pills Kristie says. Okay I can write a prescription for you the doctor says. All we need now is for you to sign some papers the doctor says. After all the signing we got starlas birth certificate and put her name starla angel grassi and Kristies prescription and dropped it off then went home. Thank you mom so much this means a lot to me I thanked my mom. Mitch theres no need to thank me I'm just glad you're happy my mom said. Hey we should go pick up your pills Kristie my mom said. After we pick up the pills we decided to feed starla.
Kristies pov:
After we pick up my pills we decided to feed starla so I take a pill and wait 5 minutes like the bottle said. A little while later. It's time to feed starla. Mitchs mom tells me to go up to Mitchs room to feed her. Once I'm in Mitchs room I set starla on the bed and take of my shirt and bra then pick starla up and sit on the bed. I hold her up to my nipple then she latches onto it and starts to suck on it. Oh god this feels so weird I say. Just then I hear a knock at the door. Who is it I ask. It's Scott he says. What do you need I ask. Just came to check up on you and starla he said. Just then starla finished sucking on my breast. I set her down and put my bra and shirt back on. You can come in I say. Scott starla needs to be burped can you burp her for me I ask. Sure he says. He takes her and starts to burp her. Then she burps. *Burp*
