I'm a little afraid of Mom getting mad again.

She'll probably yell at me for not coming straight home.

To be honest, that was the most fun I've had in a while.

"Emily, is that you?" Mom asks when I open the front door.

"Yeah it's me," I reply before running up the stairs to my room.

I go on my phone, and select iMessage.

I message Zach telling him it's me before going onto Instagram.

A lot of people were talking about the picture I posted of Zach and me.

He looked extremely cute in it, I must say.

"Em! Don't forget to start packing!" Mom called from downstairs.

"Kay Mom," I yell back getting out a big suitcase from my closet.

After the party on Saturday, I was heading to New York City.

I was really excited since I'd never been there before!

We had everything set out, all I had to do was pack.

I put my cutest clothes into my suitcase, but left out one outfit for Saturday.

All of my friends were coming over for a bon voyage party.

Mom always had an excuse to throw a party.

I'm not complaining.

We had bought everything needed for the party, nothing was set up, though.

Mom was busy writing, and I don't feel like setting it up myself.

Instead, I lay down on my bed and shut my eyes.

A few minutes of sleep wouldn't hurt.

The next thing I knew, Mom was saying, "Emily! Emily! Emily!"

"What time is it?" I ask rubbing my eyes.

"Time for dinner, come downstairs," Mom says running out of my room.

I slowly get up, debating if I want dinner or not.

I decide I do, so I go downstairs and sit down at the table.

"It's just salad tonight," Mom states passing me a small salad.

I ate it pretty quickly, then went back upstairs.

I just wanted to go to bed so I could leave this world for a little bit.

Falling asleep was harder than I thought, though.

When I finally did, I was out.

I woke up to the noise of my phone ringing.

"Hello?" I answer it groggy.

"Hey Em! How ya doin?" Jared from my school asked.

"Fine," I say.

"Good, so for your party, should I bring a swim suit?" He asks clueless obviously.

I had a huge swimming pool in my yard, and he asked if he needed a swimming suit.

I roll my eyes.

"Yeah, we'll probably go swimming," I reply trying to act as cheerful I can for however early it is.

"Okay, well I'll see you tomorrow Em," Jared says before hanging up the phone.

I throw my phone back on my nightstand and try to go back to bed.

The next time I wake up, it's 10:30am.

I run downstairs and make myself a poptart.

Mom's writing like usual, so I just start decorading myself.

I put up party stremers, and balloons all over the house.

After I put them up, I cleaned around the house before going upstairs and going on Instagram.

I post an awkward picture of myself and caption: decorating is harder than you think.

Then I go to Zach's account and scroll through some of his pictures.

His latest picture really made me smile.

It was a picture of him sticking his tounge out, and he wrote: got that one girl on my mind...

Who knows, it could be anyone. But maybe, just maybe it might be me.

Stupid little hope.

Of course it's not me. He just met me anyways.

I wonder if he's thinking about me.

I doubt it.

For the rest of the day, I Instagramed and stayed in my room.

I don't even think Mom noticed.

That night, I stayed up late reading a Ziall fanfic on Wattpad.

Zach is so lucky for all his perfect fans.

Someone actually wrote that for him.

That's so sweet.

I ended up falling asleep with my phone next to me in bed.

I don't really know what to say about this chapter. Just a filler. Emily's party will be in the next chapter! Xx-Kate
