Dean was dressed in a shirt and tie, and waited in the Impala. Sam walked outside in a burgundy cap and gown. Dean sighed softly, turned his head, and quickly wiped a tear from his eye. A major part of their life was over.

Sam climbed into the front seat.

"You got your speech memorized?"

"Yeah, Dean. I learned it last night."

"Valedictorian. Man, I'm proud of you."

"I'm sorry I'm late. Dad called."

"What time is he gonna be here?"

"He caught another hunt in Alabama. He's half way there."

The angel in the back seat watched his charge stiffen and worried.

"I know you wanted him here, Sammy. I'm sorry it's just me."

Without thinking, Sam responded, "Well, at least, Pastor Jim, Caleb, and Bobby will be here."

Cas saw the shoulders of the driver sag down, and saw more than heard the slight sobbing sigh.
