~~~Maria's P.O.V~~~

the cell i'm in is small and narrow and there isn't really any room for me to move around, and it's smaller than a normal sized cell.

"what are you looking at" yelled my prison guard

"ya it's called the ceiling" I yell

the guard just looks at me and snorts continuing to sharpen his sword and daggers. a loud creak of an old door opening echoes throughout the dungeon. making me flinch in my seat.

"here's your dinner" says the servant, sliding it under the cell door

I stare at the weird lumpy gray mush that is supposed to be dinner.

"arnt you going to eat" says the prisoner in the cell next to me.

"I don't eat gray goop" I state

"you should eat, you need your strength" he says to me

"why do you care, also who are you?" I ask

"my names jack" he says

"thats a nice name, i' Maria"

"why you here" says Jack

"I'm an assassin that works for Hades, and they think i'm in league with Zeus and the other gods"

"well are you?" asks Jack

"you could say that" I replie

he nods his head and goes back to eating his own serving of lumpy gray mush. I on the other hand sit on my bed with my legs crossed. I reach out and try to telepathically connect to Tori's mind.

"looks like you got the worst mess" I say

"who said that, who's there" Tosi yells turning around the room

"it's me Maria" I say

"what, how" asks Tori shocked

"I'm able to communicate telepathically with you" I say

"how come you didnt do it sooner?" asks Tori

"I'm only able to do it, when i', full of energy otherwise i can use up too much and kill myself" I say

Tori just stands there in the middle of the room looking at the mess fighting to stop the tears from streaming down her face.

it breaks my heart to see her so sad, it makes me want to punch Poseidon in his perfect little face.

"are they torturing you" she asks with obvious pain in her voice.

"not yet but they have been scanning my brain" I say

"way?" Tori asks with a pain filled voice

"there looking for something, but I don't know what" I answer

Tori's quiet for sometime. and it causes me too worry that something's happened to her.

"so who were you talking to a minute ago" says a voice, not just any voice it's the voice of poseidon.

"no one that concerns you " i spat in his face

"it doesn't matter because I blocked all you powers" says a smirking Poseidon

"it wasn't like I was able to use them before" I sarcastically mock.

He just stands there for a minute and then suddenly yells at the prison guard to start the brain scan.

this time i'm determined to remain conscious but it stops on one important where i'm handed a case and I take it and hide it somewhere. then I black out.

~~~Tori's p.o.v~~~

I'm in middle of talking to Maria when suddenly everything goes Quiet.

"Maria, you there" I say "Maria" I panic

the only thing I can think about is that something horrible happened to her.

"wow what happened in here" came a low whistle

"I Have no idea but I did find this" I say handing the device to Zeus and Apollo

"what is it?" asks Zeus

"I think it's a time manipulator" I say

"as in can freeze, speed up, and reverse time?" says a shocked looking Apollo

"ya as in that" I say and the three of us just stare at it and at the same time we all teleport back to base.

~~~Maria's p.o.v~~~

"have you found what you're looking for yet" I growl at Poseidon

" yes but not the location of where you took it" says Poseidon

"if the locations not in my memory then that's because I deleted it from my mind" I smirk

Poseidon looks at me and then lifting his hand into a fist punches me in the face three times.

"where is the weapon" yelled Poseidon spitting in my face

"you'll never find it" I spit back leaning against the wall

"guards take her back to her call" he yells

hands grab me from both sides and start to drag me out of the room down fives flights of stairs, and into the dungeons.
