" MOM LETS GO, ( mom silences me ) we have to get out of here!" I whisper. " I know sweetie, let's go, pack your stuff I'll watch the window!" She whispers...........
** 2 months later**
I'm sitting in my room, cleaning it up for school inspection. I run into an old picture of my family ... Ohhhh how I miss my lil' sis, and my brothers. I rub my hand across the top of dads face. Tears make their way down my face dropping one at a time onto my leg.
" Nicole is everything ok in there?" Ashley asks.Crap my wig my school uniform! I had left them in the girls locker room! URGGGGG!!!!!!!!! I wipe the tears off my face then huddle myself up into a blanket to where nobody could see my hair. And walked to the door. I try as hard as I can to act sick.
" yeah ahhhhhchhooooo." I tried my best... I thought.
" it doesn't really sound like it open the door." Ashley says.
" I'm coming, I'm coming!" I yell.
"No no you stay there I'll go get you an ice pack or something." She says, I always knew she was supportive even when I really wasn't sick AT ALL HA.
"Ok thanks Ash." I yell. I could hear her running down the hallway. The school was empty at the time and Ashley always comes and checks on me at exactly the same time every day/night.
"Good I have enough time to go right down the hall and get my stuff." I whisper to myself. I run as fast as I can down the hallway to get to the girls locker room.
"YES" I whisper/yell. "I found it"
Getting your way through this high school wasn't exactly what you call easy. I run in and go to my locker and change ASAP. So no one saw me. After I change I realize that I left my fake glasses in my room. I run down the hall loosing my way but bounce back to where I was. I found my room. I go in and lock the door behind me luckily Ashley wasn't back yet. I put my glasses on and sit in the bed. Knock knock
"ahhhchoooo ahhhcoo Wh - who is it?" I ask as fake sick as possible.
" it's Ashley can I come in I have a pillow, an ice pack, some cold medicine...." I stop her in her tracks.
" yeah yeah I get it the door is locked hold on." I yell through the big bulky door. I get up and open the door. Ash walks in.
"Ok you look fine are you joking with me?" Ash asks. " so I spent all of my money on stuff for you and your faking it!!?" She yells. I smile weakly "..... Supirise?" I ask I little more quietly then normal.
