The first class of kids' art course is over and Wonwoo feels like he got struck by a truck.

He did not expect those kids to be that lively and loud. To be honest he thought that his work would be easy. But the reality was far from that.

The kids were running around the classroom for at least half an hour, throwing brushes and pencils all over the place. Luckily Wonwoo and his art teacher were finally able to calm the kids down with soothing music and the kids drew the rest of the time in peace.

But although the kids are pretty annoying, Wonwoo likes it. He has kind of always wanted a little sibling since his mom is most of the time at work and his dad does not live with them so it is always quiet at their pretty big house, which makes Wonwoo uncomfortable, even though he does enjoy being alone. Thank god he has a dog, Mongshil, whom he loves a lot.

One by one the kids leave the art class and say their goodbyes to Wonwoo who waves back at them and their parents who have come to pick up their children. Wonwoo sighs in relief and sits down as the last kid leaves the room. His art teacher has already left since he said he has something urgent to take care of. And Wonwoo promised to clean the classroom before he leaves. He turns to the table and starts to pick up the brushes laying all around the classroom.

He jumps up startled when he hears someone crying behind him. He turns around and sees one of the kids crying alone in the hallway.

"Oh, Nari, what's wrong? Come here," Wonwoo tries to calm the crying kid down while approaching her.

Crying Nari comes to Wonwoo and Wonwoo wraps his arms around the little girl instinctively. As she calms down a bit and is now able to talk, he pulls back from the hug to see her face.

"What's wrong? Are you hurt?"

"I-, I'm alone, m- my phone, I can't find it!" she stutters, tears starting to fall on her face again.

Wonwoo bends down to her height. He looks at her reassuringly and waits for her to calm down.

As Wonwoo appeases her she calms down and explains him that she is not able to call her parents to pick her up. Wonwoo reassures her that everything is okay and they will find a way to get her home, and asks if she remembers her parents' phone numbers. But she just shakes her head, of course not, phone numbers are long to remember.

"Should I walk you home? Do you know the way home?" Wonwoo asks her softly and her face lightens up a bit.

"Yes, I do!" she nods and Wonwoo smiles to her as she looks already happier.

It would be too dangerous for her to walk home alone but thank god Wonwoo is there to walk with her.

Wonwoo helps her to put on her jacket, and they leave the building. The girl is still scared and a lot of busy people pass them on the street so Wonwoo takes her hand, holding it to keep her safe. Nari holds his hand tight and relaxes. They walk in silence, Nari sometimes showing the right way to go. Soon they reach a white house. It is quite big and looks luxurious.

Nari lets go of Wonwoo's hand and runs to the door, leaving Wonwoo stand there, trying to figure out whether if he should go after her or not. Before he has made up his mind the mother of Nari comes to Wonwoo, Nari following her.

"You were the one who brought her home?" she asks smile on her face and Wonwoo nods and greets her.

The mum thanks him many times and takes out her wallet and tries to give him money but Wonwoo refuses to take it so she just continues thanking him. Who knows what would have happened if she had walked all the way here alone. There are creeps everywhere.

After what feels like forever Wonwoo says goodbye to Nari and her mom, and starts walking away, smile on his face. It feels amazing after making someone happy. But soon his mood drops a bit as he remembers that he has to go back to the classroom to clean it up.

He opens the door of the building and walks in. He assumes the hallway to be now empty so he gets startled when he catches a sight of a person walking to a room. He freezes for a moment and his heart starts beating fast as he realises that there should be no one by now. He considers escaping, because who knows what kind of crazy person there could possibly be. But he shakes those thoughts out of his mind and starts walking slowly to the way where he saw that person going.

As he is about to step into the room the mysterious person went, he finds himself walking into something firm. He loses his balance for few seconds but manages to stand, stumbling.

"Oh my god, I'm so so so sorry!" a boy in front of him says, looking concerned.

Wonwoo's heart skips a beat as he notices who he just bumped into.

Mingyu.

The handsome guy from his school, one year younger than him.

His classy outfits, attractive face, sporty body and nicely styled hair with an undercut make every girl take second glances at him.

Wonwoo has seen him in the hallways and at the library several times. Mingyu is almost always surrounded by his friends. Mingyu and Wonwoo take one same course where Mingyu sits in the front seat, taking notes and raising his hand at times to answer teacher's questions. Mingyu seems quite smart, as he has always wise comments and answers.

Wonwoo, on the other hand, sits in the back of the classroom quietly, drawing as little attention to himself as possible.

Mingyu is quite popular since everyone seems to like him. Wonwoo isn't surprised though, Mingyu isn't only breathtakingly good-looking and smart but also very kindhearted and polite. He has never heard a single bad thing about him. Whenever he sees Mingyu at school, Mingyu has a warm smile on his face, making his flawless face basically glow.

Wonwoo would not admit it but he often admires Mingyu's appearance and knowledge.

Wonwoo soon realises that he has been staring at Mingyu for good ten seconds. His eyes widen and he blushes in embarrassment.

"I-, I'm sorry," he stutters, cursing himself internally for stuttering.

"Don't worry, it was all my fault," Mingyu says his lovely smile spreading to his face.
