Emmaline and Remus' relationship after school finished, and the events that will occur in Memories, and Flashes is hard to explain.
It's hard for Belle, Lily, and the marauders to trust Emma. They all want to, however until Emma learns to control her powers (This will be shown in Flashes) its dangerous for her to be around them.
However, Remus understands her. Though she also poses a threat to Remus, he understands being a danger to his friends, and other than Belle, he is the only one that attempts to help Emma control her powers.
In the end, however, Emmaline and Remus get married, and have two children (None of which are werewolves.)
