Tears burning the back of your throat, eyesight becoming blurry, breathing turning more ragged and unatural.
This is what it's like to cry.
Crying dosn't make you weak, if anything it makes you strong. When you've been holding it in for too long and all it wants to do is escape.
Shaking, sniffing, gasping as hot tears roll down your face. This is what it's like to cry. Crying is a release of troubles that have cracked you under the pressure. It helps because it decompresses you, evaporates your problems.
It's not a sign of weakness for men or for women or for anyone far and inbetween. It's a sign of finally letting go, finally having the courage to show others around you that you are in distress.
That's why we cry anyways. To ask for help in a desprete plea of tears.
Don't be afraid to cry, don't hold it in. Because the longer you hold it in, the more it destroys your mental and physical health.
Let the hot brurning tears and the cold freezing tears make you feel human again. Because showing emotion is what makes you human after all.
