The world really is strange

Chapter one

It was a normal like always, waking up, taking a bath, eating breakfast, getting ready for work, and not at but the least sometimes getting screwed up at work and the last thing i knew getting scolded by my boss, yup this "Life" for me cause i really have bad luck on my side. Oh by the way my name is Jane and im 20 years old, i have long brown hair, brown eye's, and im little bit short too for my age. Sometimes people say i still look like teenager cause of my looks, but i dont care about it cause all i really care about is working for money to help my only younger brother for his needs at his school cause our parents died early when we were young, i was 13 yrs old when they died while my brother was only 7,back then when my father said he's last words, he said "Jane i want you to....." Was the only thing he said after he left, i dont even know what the hell was he saying to me cause when said that he wasn't even looking at anyone, he was looking at his favorite goggle's that he wore everytime, when at work, at the mall, at the house, and even at freakin' sleep!!!, but i didn't care about it so was mom. My brother sometimes says that my father see's weird things that normal "Humans" can't see when he was still 5 yrs old, but i didn't care because maybe it was just a joke that dad always say to my brother to scare or tease him. I was the only one to take care of my little brother when mom and dad died, i really love my little brother and i will do anything just to protect and give anything to him so thats why bowed to him that i will do my best so that we won't be too poor to not buy anything at all.

JANE'S P.O.V.
I was heading for work as always, the clouds were getting dark because of the coming rain that the news just reported yesterday, then it started to rain heavy and good thing i stopped and ride a taxi to work just in time when the rain came rushing in, but then i remembered that i forgot to bring my umbrella.

"Damn i forgot my umbrella!"-I cursed.

Minutes passed until i got to my work and after i said to the driver to stop and pay, I quickly rushed in for work and change my clothes to my usual working outfit. I work as a waitress in a well known restaurant that is called "Let'z Eat" and so many people go and eat there. After i get change, i immidiately got in work and was already greeted by Emi "Hi Jay-jay! Why so late? I was worried you wouldn't show up today." She said sounding really worried,"Oh, just stayed up late last night and woke up late then it started raining and i forgot my freaking umbrella! So that's why my clothes are wet when i came in." I almost sounded a bit annoyed because of my horrible bad luck again today, but i shrugged the thought away and said,"Sorry for making you worried cause of my bad luck that always making my day bad as always." I said,"No its okay, after all we are friends and friends have the rights to get worried at each other right? so why dont we talk later and get to work cause i think boss will get angry if he see's us just chatting here if you know what i mean?"after what she said you nodded and go to work.

It was 10:49 pm and it was almost closing time and it was really dark outside and only few people were walking in the streets at this time and the customers were slowly decreasing as they were going to go home.When there was no more customers, i saw a man walked in wearing black suit and black jacket, he wore white gloves and black shoes, his hair was brown and long and was tied with a rubber band, he was handsome and had a sturdy and perfect body, his skin was kinda pale and what caught my eye was his clear forestly green left eye and his bloody red right eye and i noticed he had a scar at his right eye too.When i was examining his looks i didn't noticed he was walking straight to me then stopped when he was in front of me, everyone that was left with me to close the restaurant was looking straight at him, amazed by his eyes or were stunned by his handsomeness and looks but i prefer both, then i went back to reality and asked the man "Ummm.....sir, is there anything that we could help you wi-" i was cut off when boss came in to look what was happening and his eyes widened when he saw the man and quickly bow and said "Oh Mr.Leo! Its pleasure to see your appearance here sir!!!" Boss said while still bowing,"Its a pleasure to meet you too Mr.Barry." The handsome man said,"Please take a seat Mr.Leo!" Boss barry offered. The man than nodded and took a seat, boss barry then looked at us signaling to go to work again and we did because of the surprising guest that had just arrived without us knowing, boss then walked up to me and whispered " What are you doing there just standing?! Go to Mr.Leo and and offer the menu!" I then nodded and quickly go to Mr.Leo and said "What would you like to order Mr.Leo?" Then offered the menu, he smiled and said "I would like your special and some wine please." You nodded and taked the order. When you went inside the kitchen you heard Emi and the others talking about Mr.Leo, while you were walking towards them Emi saw you and signalled you to come closer, when you were beside Emi she whispered," Hey Jane, have you heard from the boss about Mr.Leo?" You shake your head and said,"No,Why?" You asked curiously,"That man outside is the richest and the best business man in this country!!! And not only that, he owns thirty businesses, one hundred of the best restaurants in the world, and he's an achiever too, and many more!!!!!" My eyes widened at the thought and what she said, that that man over there is the most powerful man in this country! Then you said,"What!!!!!!!!" Emi put a hand on your mouth and hushed,"shush!(look's around) Jay-jay dont scream! He might here you and boss barry might kill us for our behavior!." You put your hands in your mouth and nodded.

When the chef finished cooking the food Mr.Leo ordered, i then quickly get it and hurriedly go to were Mr.Leo was sitting and put the food properly in his table, after that i quickly go get some glass of wine and get it too Mr.Leo as well, BUT my BAD LUCK started to be a jackass and i tripped! Then the next thing i knew the wine came crashing in his suit and stained it, i quickly got up and apologized " I am so sorry Mr.Leo! Please allow me to clean this mess i made!!!" Then to what you did not expect is that he just smiled and said,"No, no, no please dont apologize its okay! I think it was my fault to make you feel uncomfortable with my presence being here, so allow me to apologize and let me order another glass of wine please." He apologized calmly and smiled again to me. I blushed because of the embaressment i felt and because of his sweet smile any girl will fall to, then i grabbed the wine bottle and poured it in the glass.When i was done preparing the wine and bringing it to Mr.Leo's table i apologized again for what happened and left.After he ate the food, he paid then leave, after that my boss scolded me again and said if that ever happens again i will kiss my ass goodbye if i will do that mistake again in my life.

After we closed the restaurant and saying goodbyes to each other, i quickly go home after i said goodbye to Emi.When i got home i was greeted by a sweet smell and was greeted by my younger brother,"Your home late." I sighed and said in a tiring voice,"Yeah, we got extra work cause of an unexpected customer and god did i messed up today!!!" He frowned and asked what happened,"aauuugh!!! Please ill tell you later when we finish eating and go to sleep okay?" He frowned again and said,"Then how are you gonna tell me what happened if your asleep?!" You shrugged and said,"Then...Arthur! Tell him what happened okay?"He frowned harder and said,"Who the hell's Arthur?!" You only said,"Ummm......he was my buddy in the gymnasium when i wanted to get my body fit." "But you cant even do a single push-up so how can you go to a gym?!"you shrugged again and said,"Maybe because of Pablo?" "And who the hell is that?! Stop making excuses and lets just eat sis!" You nodded and both of you get into the dining room and eat.After the meal you two went to your rooms and slept.

??? P.O.V.
In a dark room you sat at the black chair while stood next to you is another man in a black suit and he said,"Sir.??? Are you sure this is the girl we are looking for?" You nodded and said,"Yes........wait whore you again?" The man beside him frowned and said,"Its me sir,have you forgoten again? Its Blazer ive been your assistant for 19 yrs now have you forgoten?" You shrugged and ignored what he said and returned to what you were going to say,"Y-yes she is the one that we are finding and my eyes have never-ever failed to see the truth in this world,so tomorrow at 5:23 kidnap her and bring her to me.......oh and if she uses force on you dont even think twice to use force too and dont kill her i need her alive in peace got it!?" You said coldy and making your eye's shine in this dark room, with a nod and bow they soon left leaving you alone in the room and said to yourself,"Hmmmm...... She has quite a interesting personality too even though she's clumsy at work i like her that way.......Hahahaha! Cant wait to meet THE HUNTER!"
