Here is the standardise "format" on sending in your articles:
☘Format for Publishers & Ambassadors:
To: vocaloidmagazine@gmail.com, [Editor's email address] Subject: IMPORTANT | Month [Position - Username]
Example:
Oops! This image does not follow our content guidelines. To continue publishing, please remove it or upload a different image.
☘Format for Editors:
To: vocaloidmagazine@gmail.com Subject: IMPORTANT | Month [Position - Username]
1. [Article, Username]
Text from the article.
2. [Position, Username]
Text from the article.
...etc.
Example:
Oops! This image does not follow our content guidelines. To continue publishing, please remove it or upload a different image.
☘Format for Graphic Artists:
To: vocaloidmagazine@gmail.com, [Creative Director's email address] Subject: GRAPHIC | Month [Graphic type - Username]
Example: SOON.
☘Format for Creative Director:
To: vocaloidmagazine@gmail.coml Subject: GRAPHIC | Month
1. [Graphic type, Username]
Example: SOON.
