This story starts in a far away town in the border of Utah near Riverdale and Ogden... Our character that we're going to follow through this story is Duncan, he's 19 and he's out of College for a few months and looking for a job.
One day as he was coming back from a comic book store with a few examples of 'The Amazing Spider-man'. Once he reached his house and sat down on his couch, he put to the side some of his comics but left one on his lap. He opened the plastic cover and pulled the book itself out of the plastic, he looked at the amazing cover made by Todd Mcfarlane and a smile came to his lips as he read the name 'Stan Lee' on the cover, remembering that the latter had died recently. Duncan then started reading for a few hours, reading a comic book one by one, until he had fallen asleep in the middle of one. As he was asleep something was happening with one of his comics books, it started to give out a reddish glow for a whole minute but then stopped, five seconds later the book opened rapidly. Duncan woke up with a gasp coming out of his mouth and he stared at the comic book pile, it had fallen from the coffee table, all closed except one, the young adult gets up and picks it up, it was his 'spider-verse' copy. He read one of the speech bubbles and the book started glowing again.
Duncan's eyes opened wide as he felt the glow got brighter making his eyes close and before he knew he got pulled into the book, he would now be found fall though a wormhole, through space and time and travelling to an other universe. As he falls, heading towards nothing, he screams in terror and surprise. Around him, in the wormhole, only red, blue and black colors going in spirals, after a few minutes, still terrorised from the fall and of course being in a wormhole, Duncan tries to calm himself down and tries to changes his falling position to a crouching-ish one. As he calms down, his surroundings started to have more things, just like a big rectangular hammerhead with inscriptions on it, a somewhat sketchy wristband with a trigger and a key card with a writting in green saying 'Os*****', suddenly the the key card disappears from his sight before he could read the whole word or name, as the bottom of his fall started to be visible it's glow was strong and Duncan started to feel somnolent, the feeling was so strong that he had fallen asleep seconds before he went through the exit of the wormhole.
Hours had gone by as Duncan was still asleep, three minutes later he had finally woken up but he couldn't believe his eyes after what or who he saw. He then passed out again.
