Pain and running away...

****** Hi this is one of my newest poems and I will be adding some old ones and i will put all my poems on here******

My torture will begin, I can only pray.

Oh my sweet torment, when will you leave?

I'm not ready, and here where I stand, feel safe enough to keep going.

I need to keep fighting, when will the pain start? When will it end?

Here comes the pain, I can only run.

Run away, as far as I can.

I run in the night, I run in the day.

I try to run away, but the fear takes over and builds up with the pain.

I can only run, just keep going, telling myself to make it through the day.

And even if I fall, I can always stand up again.

I run in the night, I run in the day.

I try to run away from the pain, I am worth nothing.

But I keep going with the pain that follows me, I need to keep fighting.

When will the pain start, when will it end,

Here comes the pain, I can only run away.
