💖 Lucy's POV 💖

After the accident in the cavern I realized it hadn't been Horologium's fault for leaving. It was mine.

I hadn't realized how much magic power I had at the time. Virgo takes a lot of magic energy just in general but I had kept her in the human world for quite some time so I was pretty much out. I guess the alcohol had a role in it as well since I hadn't been thinking clearly.

It had been about a week now since everything had happened. Just about everyone in the guild had at least come to see me. I didn't like all of the attention but it was nice to know that they were worried about me.

Mostly Wendy, Carla, Happy, Lily, Mira, Cana, Juvia, Levy, Gray, Natsu, and Gajeel were the ones to see me pretty regularly, but not Erza.

She was one of the ones I really wanted to see of course but she never showed no mater how many times I asked Mira to get her.

I had a pretty good idea that she blamed herself for what happened but I wanted to reassure her that it wasn't, that I didn't blame her in the slightest.

Levy had brought me a few books to read in my spare time which I had a lot of so I had already finished most of them already.

Everyone had kept me pretty well occupied so I wasn't bored but they did let me rest since I needed it the most.

I had broken my leg and a few ribs, Wendy had also originally thought I broke my arm as well but I had just sprained my wrist, thank Mavis.

Most of it had healed but my leg was in a brace and it was difficult to lean over a bit and it still hurt if I turned too quickly.

"Well it looks like you're clear to leave the infirmary, but I would suggest you take it easy. Master already said that you can't go on any missions until about two weeks after you're fully recovered and even then you will have to be accompanied at all times." Mira said as she finished changing my bandages and putting some fresh ones on.

"But what about my rent?!" I asked in alarm.

"Calm down, the Master has made arrangements for that so there's no need to worry, you just need to focus on getting better." She said and smiled at me before helping me out of the bed and onto my feet.

I started to wobble and lean to one side but Mira caught me and steady me.

"You're going to need these for a little while I'm afraid." She said and grabbed a set of crutches.

I sighed but I took them from her, putting one under each arm and tested my weight on them.

"Just be careful about your wrist alright? I know it's healed but still." She said and I nodded.

I slowly tried them out, taking it easy so I could get the feel for them before I headed out of the door.

I saw everyone doing their usual thing, Cana was drinking, Gray and Natsu were bickering, the Thunder Legion was fanning over Laxus, Elfman was talking with Lisanna yelling 'like a real man' every once in a while, but I didn't see the familiar scarlet haired warrior at first but then I saw her at the edge of the bar counter.

She had a piece of strawberry cake but she wasn't eating it, just picking at it with her elbow on the counter, using it to hold up her head. She was by herself and the air around her seemed to give off a strange vibe than it normally would.
