Books are spreaded out on the table placed in the living room. It's a chilly night. Stephanie tightens the jacket around her body and gives out a loud and long sigh. Her eyelids are absolutely heavy and her hands are aching, but she has no choice, she can't go to bed yet. She has to finish a project that dues tomorrow morning.. UGHH she hates dead lines. Many times her mind just tells her to go to bed but once she pictures her boss's face, it sends a shiver down her spines. She can't lose this job though. She needs money for a living.
As Stephanie continues her work, she remembers something.
Her boyfriend.
Oh my god she thought silently as she closed her eyes and mentally cursed herself. She was too tired and busy today she forgot about their date. They were suppose to spend the night together at the park nearby.
"OMIGOSH I AM SO DEAD!"she shouted as she started packing her things. she grabbed her purse, phone and a thick blue jacket. It matched the leggings that she was wearing.
"Everything checked,"she thought as she headed to the door in a fast pace. Once she opened the door, to her surprise, she saw her boyfriend.
Stephanie couldn't help but check him out for a second. He was wearing a black beanie and an oversize sweater that somehow looked good on him. He looked so fluffy she almost ran into him and stuff her face in his chest. She didn't do that though, she was conscious about the fact that she had forgotten about the date.
"I was just about to ring the bell,"her boyfriend said, with a tired smile hanging on his face.
"JinHwan-ah, I am sorry, I was too busy today, I have a project and it dues tomorrow and my bos-" as Stephanie started stammering, JinHwan placed his finger on her lips and throwed a cheeky smile at her.
"Yah. It's ok. I understand. Don't worry about me." He looked at her with his caring eyes and beautiful eye smile.
Stephanie smiled in relieve. Phew he is not angry. She smiled at JinHwan in return. He's just such a sweet guy. She would definitely throw a tantrum if he was the one who didn't show up on dates. They've just started dating for two weeks. It may seem short but they are already comfortable with each other.
"Guess what I brought? "He asked with a wink and a mysterious tone.
That's when Stephanie noticed he had a plastic bag on his hand. He immediately hid it behind his back and stuck his toungue out.
"Hmm. Is it food?"
"Yes sweetie. "
"Wait. I smell-"
"PIZZA!" Both of them shouted in unison.
"And I am sure it's pepperoni chicken."
"Our favourite. "
"That's the best late night gift ever," she said as she gave JinHwan a swift hug.
"Aren't you going to let me in?" He asked as he stucked one of his free hand out.
She gladly took it and pulled him into the living room.

"The deadline's tomorrow? Then why didn't you finished it earlier?"JinHwan looked at his girlfriend with his eyebrows furrowed.
"You know I am busy. I have lots of better things to do than sitting here and-"
"You procrastinate." JinHwan pointed out. Simple and straightforward while he gave her his signatured smile.
Bae is so hot today. She thought as she turned her head sideways to hide her puffy and red face.
"I did not." She fought back, while munching on a slice of pizza.
