Marvelle woke up to the darkness of her little bunk, in the tour bus she's sharing with Nate, Andrew, and Jack. Hearing the grumble of the engine, she started searching for her phone under her pillow. They've been on the bus, just traveling for almost a week now, and she loves it, she just missed touring so much, tonight is their first concert and she's so excited, and happy and nervous all at the same time, its crazy. Finally finding her phone, she opened it and found out that its already 11:00, so she quickly opened her bunk's curtain, revealing the sun light coming from the rest of the room, blinding her for a moment. She slipps out of her bunk, and noticing that all the other bunks were empty, she tied her hair back into a messy ponytail, before exiting the bedroom part. She opened the door and found Nate, Andrew, and Jack sitting on the couch playing xbox.
Nate looked at her and smiled, "Well good morning sleeping beauty." he cheekily greeted, making her smile. "Morning Elle." said Andrew, "Morning guys." she replied before grabbing Jack's guitar, lying on the kitchen table, and taking a seat between Nate and Jack and started playing random chords. "Good morning you party animal. You were crazy last night." said Jack, making Andrew and Nate laugh. Marvelle blankly stared at them, completely having no idea what they are talking about. "What are you guys talking about?" she asked. "You mean you don't remember what happened last night?" asked Andrew, she shook her head, "Like nothing at all?" Nate asked, cheekily smiling, she shook her head again, "Nothing. All I remember is us driving by a bar, and Jack saying, ""Let's go have a drink!"" and we did, and I had a vodka, I think, and the next thing I know is waking up in my bunk. I don't even remember how I got to my bunk. How did I get in my bunk?" she explained, making the boys laugh harder. "Wow. You were totally wasted." said Jack, she rolled her eyes, "I mean it guys. What did I do?" she asked. "You really don't wanna know Elle, trust me, and I'm the one who put you to bed." said Nate between the laughs, "Just tell me please." she begged, "Elle, what you don't know, won't kill you." said Andrew. She sighed, then rolled her eyes, "Fine!" she said, finally giving up. And she continued playing a melody on the guitar.
"Tonight's the first night, how you feeling?" asked Nate, she looked at him and smiled, "A little nervous, I mean this the first time I'd be playing without the band. But mostly I'm excited, this would be a whole new experience for me." she honestly replied, Nate smiled, "Don't be nervous, you'll do great. I just know you will." he encouraged, making her feel better. "Yup. You will do amazing Elle don't worry about it." added Andrew, "Hell yeah you will. You'll just rock it." said Jack, "Thanks guys, you guys are so sweet." she said, forgeting all about her nerves, well at least for now.

Nate takes a peek from the back stage and sees the crowd already filling up the theater. He checked the watch on his wrist, finding its already 7:30 in the evening, just 30 more minutes before Marvelle should hit the stage. "Hey Nate, have you seen Marvelle?" asked Lucy, the stage manager, seeing Nate, "She's not in her dressing room?" asked Nate, "Nope. We just checked, they said she went out, but she's not on the bus either." she replied, then suddenley an idea popped into Nate's head, " I think I know where she is. Excuse me." he said before started making his way out of the theater, "Nate, where are you going?" asked Andrew seeing him exit through the back door, "I'll be back in a minute." he replied. He walks out of the theater and started looking for the builing's fire exit ladder, Marvelle once told him that sometimes, when she gets real nervous, she just climbs a roof, and just stay there until her head's back on the right track. He spots the ladder and started climbing up, and after a while, he was right, there she was at the roof top just sitting by the ledge.
"I knew I'd find you here." said Nate sitting next to Marvelle. She looked at him and smiled, "Yeah. Just needed some air." she shrugged. Nate smiled, "Nervous?" Marvelle chuckled, "Like a turky the day before thanksgiving." she said, making Nate chuckle. "Well if it makes you feel better, nobody's gonna cut your head and stuff you with stuffings in here." he joked. Marvelle smiled and rolled her eyes.
"I've never performed without my band before Nate, sometimes I wonder if I can make it all alone." she tells him, "Elle, you've already made it this far without them, of course you can make it." Nate encouraged, "You are an amazing artist, songwriter, and person, people will love you." Marvelle looked at him, and a smile started slowly forming, "And besides, you won't be alone, you have me." said Nate, regretting it a splitsecond later, "And Jack and Andrew, and your brother and Hayley, and Taylor and your parents, we're alway here for. So don't ever think you're alone." he added, trying to save his ass from that awkward silence. Marvelle looked into his eyes and found honesty, she smiled. "Thank you Nate. Thank you for being there." she said, resting her head on his shoulder, Nate felt the electricity running through his spine, he smiled, smelling the sweet scent of her hair on his shoulder. "I'll always be here Elle. Remember that." he softly whispered. Elle looked at him and smiled. "I think we better go back down." she said, Nate smiled, "Yup. Lucy's looking for you."

Marvelle looked at the crowd, they were all hyped and pumped up, singing along to her every song, she feels the crowd's energy running through her veins, that rush you could only get from a performance. She missied this rush so much. "You guys are such an amazing crowd." she said to the microphone, making the crowd howl. "But sadly my time is up." she said, pausing for a while to catch her breath, she hears a few boos from the crowd, making her smile, "Don't you worry, FUN.'s taking over." she said, driving the crowd wild, "Thank you so much for listening, I'm Marvelle Davis. I'll see you guys around." she said before taking a quick bow and skipping to the back stage, she sees Nate, her smile even got wider, she literally jumped on him, hugging him as tight as she could.
"You were amazing. They loved you." he said, making her smile, "Couldn't have done it with out yoy." she replied, making Nate smile, "Great job Elle." said Andrew, "You burned the house down. Good job Elle." said Jack, giving her a high five. "We're so proud of you Elle." said Andrew, giving her a kiss on her forehead,
"Thanks you guys." she gushed. "But don't you have a show to attened to." she reminded them, hearing the crowd chanting the band's name, "Right." said Andrew, "Wish us luck." said Jack, making his way to the stage, "Good luck!" she shouted. Nate drank one last glass of his whisky, before following Jack and Andrew, "Nate!" Marvelle shouted, pulling him by his arm, and pulling him into a hug, "Good luck." she whispered, before giving him a small peck on the cheek. Nate looked at her and smiled, "Thanks." he replied before heading to the stage, he takes one last glance, and saw Marvelle smiling and giving him a thumbs up. He smiled and nodded, before finally heading out to the stage.
