I'm just a normal kid, living a normal life, in a small Kentucky town. I am in 7th grade, and I have a few friends. My family consists of me, my parents, and my younger brother. We all love each other and do everything together. Everything was as it should be.
"I'm home!" I yelled from the door way. I walked inside. The door slowly creaked shut behind me.
"Hello? Anybody home?" It was a stupid question to ask, they would have told me if they were leaving. It was not like them to not reply either, so I began to suspect something. I began to search the house when suddenly...
"Surprise!" I nearly jumped out of my skin. All of my friend and family were gathered in the living room. "Happy birthday!"
"Thanks you guys! What would I ever do without you?"
I would soon find out.
