When fate go wrong.

Run

Mrs.Lauren turn to me and said "Yea I actually need your help to put these books back to the shelves if you don't mind." She point at a box filled with books on her table.

"Sure no problem!" I said and start to put the books back to the bookshelf. We were there till evening. We said our goodbyes to Mrs.Lauren and went home. I start to make spaghetti for dinner while Lilly reading the last book that she borrowed from the library.

I finish making them and serve for me and Lilly to eat since he not home yet. We usually eat before he got home or we won't eat at all. We finish dinner and I was washing the dishes when I hear a slam indicating he home. I hurry Lilly to go up stair and hide while I served him his dinner.

I hear his footsteps coming to the kitchen and smell the alcohol drifting out from him. Oh gosh he drink again. Every time he drink he would start beating me. There are many time that he would beat me till I passed out.

"WHAT YOU DOING HERE YOU SLUT?!" he scream. I just keep my head down and know better not to say anything.

"WHY DON'T YOU ANSWER ME?!" Then I hear a slap and feel a stink on my cheek.

"YOU ARE A WORTHLESS PIECE OF SHIT!" He start to punch me and kick me. I try not to make a sound because it would scare my sister and she would come down and help me. I would never let that happen, who know what he will do to her.

"WHERE YOUR OTHER SLUTTY SISTER HUH?!?" Oh god no please don't let him do this to her please! He then bring a knife and cut my hand. I start to scream and he took that as an encouraging to keep going. Then I saw Lilly running down the stair.

I saw that he was trying to find something, probably a bigger knife and took that as my chance to run to Lilly.

"Listen to me, you need to go up stair and take 2 bags that I pack in our room and you will run out of the house and into the wood ok?"

I saw her crying and hug her.

"I will catch up to you ok? I promise." She nodded her head and run upstairs and do as I say. Then I feel a whip on my back and see that he is whipping me with a rope.

Where the hell does he get that?! I saw Lilly run out of the house when that jerk said "NOT SO FAST YOU SLUT! GET BACK HERE!" I quickly bit his leg trying to give as much time as I could to Lilly.

"YOU B*TCH! HOW DARE YOU BIT ME?!" then he start to whip me again. This time I fight back. I took the pan and hit him in the head, efficiently knock him out. I took that as my chance to run to the wood to find my sister.

On my way running I start to think of my wolf form and shift. I quickly catch up to Lilly. She look at me with dry tears on her face. I frown and lick her tears.

She giggle and I grinned wolfishly. I took the 2 bags from her with my teeth. Then I'm trying to talk but then remember that I'm a wolf.

Oh just great! But Lilly seem to recognize me so I bend down trying to tell her to get on top of me. She look at me for a minute then she understand what I'm trying to say and climb on my back. Once I make sure she secure on my back, I start to dashing to the forest dodging trees and branches.

I hear Lilly giggling from behind and I smile to myself. Ha I probably look weird right now.

"Free!" My wolf, Snow scream in my head.

Yes finally.

I continue to run in the forest for 2 hours cause I can't risk him trying to find us. I then feel Lilly getting sleepy on my back so I stop near the lake and let her gently fall to the ground. I start to shift back to my human form.

Hey Snow?

"Yeah?"

I thought my clothes would tear when we shift?  I ask her curiously.

"Hmmm that a good question. Normal wolf would have there clothes shred."

You mean there are other like us?

"Yea you dummy"

Geez, don't have to be so mean

"Pffftt I'm the nicest wolf you ever met!"

Riiiiggghhhtt

I feel her rolling her eyes in the back of my head. Wow didn't know that was possible. Well I got one sassy wolf. I feel a pair of eyes staring at me and turn to see Lilly looking at me with a scare look on her face and then it turn to curious.

"Lilly, no one is to know I can shift into a wolf ok?"

"Why not? It so cool!" She exclaim and I sigh.

"We would be in danger if they know, so promise me not to tell anyone ok?" I pleaded.

"Ok" she nodded agreed.

Well that was easy. I start to get some breads in the backpack that I pack just in case this happening. Yup I know that this kind of day would come I just don't know that it would be this soon. I give it to Lilly and she start to eat it greedily. I leave her to eat her food while I walk to the lake to clean myself up.

I saw blood is everywhere on my body, no wonder Lilly was scare. I would too if I see my sister cover with blood. I dip a towel into the lake and start to clean myself. To my surprise, my cut doesn't look that bad. In fact it start to heal. What the hell?

"It because you a werewolf now your healing is much faster" Snow said. Wow that cool! I start to change into a new pair of clothes then help Lilly out of her pink dress to a new purple dress. Yup, she love dresses! Then I saw her getting sleepy so I tell her to go and sleep.

"You should shift" Snow said.

Why?

"Because I can take over so you can rest. You can sleep while I guard you and Lilly in case if something happen"

Wow I didn't know you can do that!

"Well now you know so go to sleep. You will need the energy for tomorrow"

Thank Snow, goodnight.

"Lilly, Snow will guard us while we sleep. I'm going to sleep in my wolf form so she can take over ok?" I said to a sleepy Lilly.

She just nodded her head. I shift into my wolf and feel Lilly lay on my tummy. I put my big tail on her so she can be warm. She start to snuggle into me and sleep. I start to feel Snow take over and I found myself getting sleepy.

"Sweet dream Elena."
