Saying It

This was your favorite thing to do. Being at the park lying in the grass with (B/f/n). The grass tickling your ears. The cold grass cooling you down. His arms and legs tangled with yours as you laid in the grass. Your bodies facing each other.Both of your fingers tracing patterns on each others arm. The comfortable silence was soothing. You guys would sit here for hours just with each other. With you curled up into his side.

While you laid with each other you would just admire his facial features. The way they were. How cute he was when he did something.

You guys would also look at the clouds pointing out certain shapes to each other. Smiling at the different figures and how they were. Having little arguments on what the cloud look like. They never meant anything it was just how it was. It always ended with you two laughing and smiling at each other.

Occasionally you two would kiss each other. (B/f/n) would kiss your cheek or nose making you blush and smile at him.

This time at the park it was different. He wasn't acting different you were the one being different. You wanted to tell him I love you. You two have been going out for a while now and you have been feeling this way for a few days now. You were so scared though to tell him. Afraid that he wouldn't feel the same way and only liked you.

You guys were just looking at each other. Saying nothing. His beautiful eyes just engulfing you. His arms keeping you close and safe. His fingers tracing random patterns in your arm while you traced a heart in his. You wanted to tell him, he must of seen the look on your face.

" What's wrong" his voice was laced with concern.

"It's nothing"

" What is it" he playfully shook you.

"You have an eyelash" you lied and pretended to wipe an eyelash. You had a fake smile on and he smiled back believing your lie. He kissed your nose and you went back to tracing patterns on each other.

You looked at him again," I love you"

He looked up and replied almost instantly, " I love you too".

Now you had a real smile on your face. He leaned and gave you a sweet short kiss. He pulled you in closer to him. " I've actually wanting to been telling you that for a few days now. I just didn't have the courage" he said shyly. You gave him a kiss on the cheek. You two gave each other one last smile and went back to pointing out the clouds.
